I wish I could remember our service technicians name (I know he was Puerto Rican because we talked about my gandules bush that survived the freeze we had over the winter). Super pleasant and professional. Upgraded the chain to a belt and you can't even hear the garage door (super smooth) that we originally had installed in 2018. Better than new. Would 1000% recommend.
