We have had an intermittent issue with the garage door opener. Several technicians from Precision Garage Door have vigorously attempted to identify the issue and solve it. We were so impressed with their dogged determination to find the culprit. Brittany was here today and Maurice was here yesterday. Maurice, a very pleasant person, was determined to solve the problem and checked every possible scenario. He was here quite a long time handled some possible causes and tried solutions. There was no charge for his time and effort . Brittany installed another possible solution today and handled it quickly and thoroughly. Still the only charge was the new equipment,.. no labor. Precision Garage Door people and company are the best. We wholeheartedly recommend them.

Found Precision Door on the internet and they were the first I called on my list of two or three others. It was the day after Christmas so I figured I would leave a message to set up appointment. I knew I had found the right company when a real person answered the phone. The appointment was set up, all questions were answered and the estimate for the work was well within the price range I expected. The technicians Ian and Tyler showed up exactly on time and went to work. I watched the entire process and was very impressed with the way each tech approached the job at hand. They answered all questions and the one he could not answer he was on the phone and got the answer immediately. After clean-up Ian asked if everything was alright and went through all the operational features of the new system. Wanted to say that the techs were fantastic, can’t sat enough about them. The first tech Nick came out on a Sunday in great time and looked everything over told me what I needed, took pictures and gave me the price for all I needed. The man who came to give me an estimate was friendly, gave me a thorough explanation of the garage doors his company could provide, and very quickly came up with an estimate. Had 40year old fiberglass garage doors ( 1 single, 1 double) that were well beyond their life span. Called around for repair service and Precision not only had a live person answer the phone but had someone out that afternoon. Ended up replacing both doors. Very professional both in personnel and work. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. 5 Stars!
