After we spoke he felt so bad, he decided to personally buy your family a new garage door opener. This is not something that I would typically agree to but he felt it was his responsibility to make sure you were happy. super frustrating experience. initial estimate seemed outrageously high at $600 to replace components since he said the motor was still working. one by one another item was discovered to be broken as he worked from 4-7pm and then when he tested the door it wouldn't open and said I now needed a new track and opener and quoted it to be $1400. I ended up saying no to the new motor and still having to pay 800 for the work he did. so now I have paid $800 and still have a garage door that doesn't work.
