Everything was handled very professionally. We had an old German model, it had to get replaced or fixed but it was 18 years old. At first we just needed to get the door down, had a garage door company come over the day before, he was up front with us about needing at least 2 people to close the door, but they couldn’t fit us in. The next morning I was calling around, I’m glad precision could fit me in today, which I was greatful. Brandon also told me it was a 2 man job. Then Greg showed up with his person he was training Steven. In all they made my door safe and in good working condition. I want to say you have an awesome team, thank you precision!

Allan was very polite, proficient with his work, and was wonderful to work with! Brittany, another technician, completed the job, because of a part that was needed, to my total satisfaction. She answered all my questions in a very knowledgeable way. She also was very proficient with her work.
