I had a problem with my garage door which suddenly malfunctioned. Precision immediately sent Allan, a technician, to assess the problem. Allan was very polite, proficient with his work, and was wonderful to work with! Brittany, another technician, completed the job, because of a part that was needed, to my total satisfaction. She answered all my questions in a very knowledgeable way. She also was very proficient with her work. Precision technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the defective part. In addition, the technician took the time to show me how to keep the garage door properly lubricated. The technician also reset the code in both cars! A job very well done.

Wow! I had a problem with my garage door and a knowledgeable technician (Chris) was at my house within a couple of hours and the door was repaired in about an hour. Chris was friendly, honest and had instructions and suggestions for proper maintenance of the door. In addition, he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. The door is only 4 or 5 years old, so I didn't need new rollers or things like that. I will definitely call Precision Door Service if I have any other issues.
