Joseph did a really good job in diagnosing the issues with the doors and lifts. He took time to explain option for new materials as well as lifts. Strongly recommend his work . I have been a Precision customer since 2013/14 at prior home and 2017 at current home

Remote garages door openers both were not working. I called precision this afternoon and explained and the had a service tech here with in a few hours. He said it was a faulty motor, which they were aware of and when a customer had a problem they were taking care of it right away. At no charge. Tech was very informative and friendly and all was done in about an hour. Very satisfied. And so glad I am a Precession garage door customer. Highly recommend this company. Price question is not applicable.

We replaced our driveway and when we were finish, garage door would not stay down (the new driveway is slightly higher than the old). They came out promptly and recalibrated and serviced our garage door. $180ish. Seemed a little high for only service. Otherwise pleased.
