Currently I'm satisfied with the work that was completed but wasn't happy to know that the work performed by the Tech failed to change out the wiring on first time around knowing the price I had to pay was a lot only to have to make a 2nd trip to replace the wiring in order for the remotes to work properly. It made me as a customer feel like I would have been cheated out of my money knowing the job wasn't completed right the first time around but charged me full price. This is unacceptable practice. Tech thought leaving the old wiring from previous work done by another company would have worked only to find out it didn't. Nevertheless, Tech returned and made things right, for that I'm grateful and thankful.

The technician was very professional, and the work was done really well. The final price ended up being a lot higher than what I expected from the initial call, but the technician helped me figure out what actually needed to be done, even though we had to drop several items to stay close to my original budget. I still definitely recommend them. I’d give 4 stars for price and 5 stars for service. Ask for Evan Tucker.

I recently had a large (8’x18’) garage door repaired and a new opener installed. The technician was excellent — courteous, patient, professional, and fully equipped to handle the job. Scheduling was fast (same-day), the work quality was excellent, and the end result is great. That said, several upgrade options were presented that, in hindsight, may not have been strictly necessary. I chose to proceed with more work than required for convenience and peace of mind, but I’d suggest future customers carefully review what’s essential versus optional. Pricing seemed on the higher side compared to parts costs I found online — about $2,500 total, including roughly $920 in parts — but the workmanship and professionalism were top-notch. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the results, though next time I’d take a little more time evaluating the scope of work and costs.

Ra’shawde was the repair man / installer that came out to my property. He was friendly and informative; answered all of my questions. He did a great job replacing my garage door opener as well as the two garage springs. The price to do this was much higher than I had anticipated, so that was disappointing, but the technician was professional and did a good job and that made a difference. It was also quite easy to schedule the service online and make a same day appt. Overall, I’m satisfied with everything except for the price.

I'm sure this will get deleted, but... The crew who showed up was great. Called on their way, showed up on time, checked everything over thoroughly to find all the issues, communicated with us friendly and effectively, and as far as we can tell they did good work. However... I definitely regret not getting another quote first. Spent 3x what we had thought was a reasonable amount budgeted for a simple garage door repair and the practice of "already being in our home" is a high pressure sales tactic so I agreed to the repair. So now I'm going to have financial stress for the next few months at least. Not to mention that I thought I was calling a local company and they sent a crew from 70 miles away. So much for trying to support local business.

The Tech Chris, was very friendly and professional. Explained what he Needed to do and showed us what he had done afterwards. Gave us some tips on lubrication and was in and out quickly. Only complaint we had was that we were given a 12 - 4 pm window and no called until close to 5 pm to tell us they were on the way.

I was very pleased with the service of the technicians (Matt and Will) that installed the garage door. Though there were a few issues and it took a bit longer than expected, their attitudes were great. When they were finished, they made sure I understood how everything operated and also set up the permit inspection. Unfortunately, I can't say the same of the sales staff. When the first sales rep came to my house, she was not prepared. She did not have the information needed for what should have been a standard garage door, she appeared frazzled and then on top of that, I had to sign what seemed a lot of pages on her tablet just to confirm that in fact DID NOT purchase a door. Four or five days went by with no call or email. I finally called her. She promised estimate by end of day. I got it the next morning and it was just way out in left field. I asked her to get me another quote on something a little less expensive and I never heard from her again. My phone rings a week or so later, and it is Chris telling me that they are going to be installing my garage door the next day. I tell Chris I never bought a door from Precision. He then apologizes and says that he was supposed to call Hardy instead of Handy. Much to his credit, after I told him how disappointed I was in the original associate that I didn't even buy a door from them, he actually took the time to find exactly the door I needed (in less than 3 min) and had me on the schedule for installation before the call was over. So, you owe Chris a bonus as without that mistaken call to me and his great attitude and making sure I was happy, I would have never called you back to buy the door.
