I have had a Sears warranty on our garage door and opener but for two years there have been no service men in a hundred and fifty mile radius to service our door. Finally, and just before I bought a new one from Lowes, I googled and found Precision. I was expecting to be told i had to buy a new door. Brandon, our serviceman said he could fix our door and make everything work like new. Brandon not only fixed the door by replacing almost all parts and putting in a new garage door opener, but he was thorough, very neat and then took the time to go over everything he did and then explain how all worked. He also have us a website to refer to if any issues arose. Brandon also said he had only been with the company for three months! Our garage door issues are over and we will ONLY woek with Precision, and hopefully Brandon, from now on...
Had an estimate done this morning. He actually showed up when he said he would! That is very rare in this area. Estimator was very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what my thoughts were. Highly recommended
