The installers were running behind schedule, they were courteous and called to let me know and give a new eta. Upon arrival they got right to work and got the door installed and did a great clean up when done. He reviewed the remotes and door operation. What a difference with this new door, smooth and so quiet, I cannot believe how great this is, wish I did this sooner! Used this company to replace a door on my old place and was not disappointed.

Next day service was available. Repairs completed in less than 3 hours. Technician was superbly knowledgeable and proficient. Repair work was assessed and that assessment was reviewed with me. An overall inspection was done and reviewed with me. Just very thorough and complete process. However, 2 things really standout with Precision. They outline what their inspection shows but they don't use pressure sales tactics to goad you into more services. AND, the repair work is quick and very good quality. I have no issues calling them up and trusting them.

We needed to get a new garage door and Precision made it easy from start to finish. The presentation was great and we thought the price was fair. They showed up for the presentation and install on time. We were told four weeks for the door to come in and that was pretty accurate. We purchased the garage door, the opener and the remote on the outside. The door is so quiet and functions extremely smoothly. We have absolutely no regrets with our decision to go with Precision.

Installer Ian did a great job. He was meticulous. He did the work of 2 people. I say that because the last time I had my garage door replaced with different company it was a 2-person job with an experienced guy and a helper. Ian was fantastic. Ian and Matt were absolutely incredible.. during their installation of our garage door we had extremely bad rain but they worked through it and got our garage door installed..
