Garage Door Repair Reviews in Palm Coast Area, FL (Updated July 2026)

We replaced a rusty eyesore of a garage door. Had a really solid experience from the design/consultation phase all the way through install. Our install meeting was with Lloyd. Of the three companies we met with Lloyd was the only one who asked questions to learn what we thought we wanted(others just quoted what I asked for). He learned how we wanted to use the space and what concerns we had. He then explained details about our space and provided options to solve our needs. As install day approached there was an appropriate amount of communication from Precision. When Justin arrived he reviewed the order, explained the process. Took a few questions and then jumped into the job. Door looks and operated great. A few things to note: - We kept our operator and spring as they were about 1 year old. However the operation is much quieter with the adjustments that were made - We opted for an insulated door. Lloyd told us to expect an 8-10 degree improvement (door faces West). I was skeptical since the garage also has a window. However Lloyd was correct. The difference is every bit as promised. Thank you for helping us to make the right investment in our home.

Precision Garage Doors did a fantastic job today when they came out to fix my garage door springs. They were prompt, polite, knowledgeable. They came out same day. They explained what was wrong & what needed replacing. They gave me a full written estimate. They answered all of my questions. They really went above & beyond to make sure I understood what they were doing & why. Chris & John did a fantastic job. They worked quickly & efficiently. They cleaned up the work area afterwards. (I am blind. This is particularly important for me because of my fall risk). The managers Maurice & Charlie) contacted me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work & make sure all my questions were answered. I would Highly Recommend this company for outstanding customer service & because they all went Above & Beyond all reasonable expectations to make this a positive experience. This company, Precision, is Aces. They not only rebuilt my door with quality parts and accessories, They were done in about 2 hours. Thank you Victor, Tyler and Zach. They pointed out what the original installer “Overhead door” didn’t do. My home is only two years old and system was so cheap so lacking quality that after only two years was significantly warn out enough to warrant full replacement. An unfortunate scam when one builds a new home in Florida and the builder sub contracts the garage door out to what I thought was a good name in garage door opening systems. Precision hit it out of the park, wished I’d of known about you guys 3 years ago I would have hired you instead of letting my builder do it. Keep up the good high quality work you do. You guys ROCK!!
