We replaced a rusty eyesore of a garage door. Had a really solid experience from the design/consultation phase all the way through install. Our install meeting was with Lloyd. Of the three companies we met with Lloyd was the only one who asked questions to learn what we thought we wanted(others just quoted what I asked for). He learned how we wanted to use the space and what concerns we had. He then explained details about our space and provided options to solve our needs. As install day approached there was an appropriate amount of communication from Precision. When Justin arrived he reviewed the order, explained the process. Took a few questions and then jumped into the job. Door looks and operated great. A few things to note: - We kept our operator and spring as they were about 1 year old. However the operation is much quieter with the adjustments that were made - We opted for an insulated door. Lloyd told us to expect an 8-10 degree improvement (door faces West). I was skeptical since the garage also has a window. However Lloyd was correct. The difference is every bit as promised. Thank you for helping us to make the right investment in our home.

Allen has been put to do service at our home several times. He is an amazing asset to his company. He is a very professional and helpful person. Always on time. The company and workers are the best. Job was done right and fast, I will call them again. I will tell anyone they are they are the best. I ran into my door and broke the bottom panel bent rollers, plus other things. I called them at 10 am and before dark my door was fixed. You can't get better than that. We are very pleased with the service. Making appointment was easy (talking to a real, live person,) technician came right on schedule and repair was performed promptly. The technician explained everything thoroughly, and we learned a lot about how the garage door system operates. He did offer us services beyond the basic repair, mostly in the nature of upgrades, but there was no hard sell. We'll use Precision Door Service next time we need garage door work.

I was very pleased with the service of the technicians (Matt and Will) that installed the garage door. Though there were a few issues and it took a bit longer than expected, their attitudes were great. When they were finished, they made sure I understood how everything operated and also set up the permit inspection. Unfortunately, I can't say the same of the sales staff. When the first sales rep came to my house, she was not prepared. She did not have the information needed for what should have been a standard garage door, she appeared frazzled and then on top of that, I had to sign what seemed a lot of pages on her tablet just to confirm that in fact DID NOT purchase a door. Four or five days went by with no call or email. I finally called her. She promised estimate by end of day. I got it the next morning and it was just way out in left field. I asked her to get me another quote on something a little less expensive and I never heard from her again. My phone rings a week or so later, and it is Chris telling me that they are going to be installing my garage door the next day. I tell Chris I never bought a door from Precision. He then apologizes and says that he was supposed to call Hardy instead of Handy. Much to his credit, after I told him how disappointed I was in the original associate that I didn't even buy a door from them, he actually took the time to find exactly the door I needed (in less than 3 min) and had me on the schedule for installation before the call was over. So, you owe Chris a bonus as without that mistaken call to me and his great attitude and making sure I was happy, I would have never called you back to buy the door. I actually, had another estimate set up with another company. With all that said, I am very happy with my new garage door! Colette Handy

Service man Chris, did a great job with a very difficult garage door. Chris was quite creative due to the tightness of space in the garage and due to the vehicle being in the way. Still he found ways to work around the obstacles. I appreciate that your company was able to get to the job so quickly. This is a rental and the tenants car was trapped in the garage. I was unable to lift the door due to a broken torsion spring. My only concern was not being able to acquire my usual 3 estimates for the job. So I have no idea of the price comparison. Thanks for the quick professional service.

Jeremy expertly rebuilt our garage door spring and cable system after the original torsion spring and cables snapped, sending our heavy hurricane-rated garage door crashing to the floor. Woke up this morning to find that one of my springs on my garage door had broken sometime in the night. Contacted Precision and they had someone at my home a little over an hour later. The cable on my door busted on a Sunday afternoon so I called the 24 hour number and someone was out here early on Monday. The technician Chris was great. He explained all the parts and offered me options from just fixing the issue up to replacing other parts to ensure everything was running great. There was no pressure and I felt I could choose any package without feeling bad. I elected to go with the best package as the additional warranty really is a great comfort. I felt like Chris had my best intentions in mind and offered me tips on how to keep everything well maintained. I will certainly use Precision again.

The Precision Door technician, George, was superb. I was initially impressed because he arrived early to accommodate another appointment I had. More importantly, he absolutely knows his business and knows how to communicate relevant issues to the home owner.
