Both employees worked as a team and the time was ideal. The door looks good as if nothing was missing. The one small issue is when opening the door, it jerks as if it is stuck. Thanks for everything. Thank you for prompt service of my garage door after Hurricane Ian. I called on Sunday and the tech Mason, came Tuesday morning, fixed the problem of the garage door not going all the way down. Tech was professional, courteous and explained everything so I could understand it. Even lubed the hinges for me. That afternoon 2 more techs came by to replace the battery pack that Mason found needed replacing. He didn't have one on his truck. The other 2 techs were equally professional and courteous, asked if I had any questions before leaving. Top notch service all the way. U needed two garage door opener installed. I had 4 companies come to my home and another just did a phone quote. 3 of the companies that came the guys were sloppy looked around and said it will be xxx. Jacob with Precision was the only one that didn't just stand in the middle of the garage and quite it. He made sure the springs on both doors worked and explained everything in great detail. Jacob was here for over an hour just got do the quote. He was knowledgeable, very courteous, and professional. Unfortunately, Jacob was the first quote I was receiving. After receiving the rest of the quotes, I called back to Precision and asked for Jacob to come and install the motors. By the way, Precision was not the cheapest, by far the most expensive!! But due to his professional attitude and in depth quote i felt much more confident of no surprises and cost increases during the project. Also, Precision was the only company that would perform the low voltage wiring so I didn't need an electrician! The motors were installed The other day and what a great job! He was here over 5 hours and was meticulous about the installation. Again, pay the extra couple bucks in my case it was 358$ more but I am not sorry!!
