We replaced a rusty eyesore of a garage door. Had a really solid experience from the design/consultation phase all the way through install. Our install meeting was with Lloyd. Of the three companies we met with Lloyd was the only one who asked questions to learn what we thought we wanted(others just quoted what I asked for). He learned how we wanted to use the space and what concerns we had. He then explained details about our space and provided options to solve our needs. As install day approached there was an appropriate amount of communication from Precision. When Justin arrived he reviewed the order, explained the process. Took a few questions and then jumped into the job. Door looks and operated great. A few things to note: - We kept our operator and spring as they were about 1 year old. However the operation is much quieter with the adjustments that were made - We opted for an insulated door. Lloyd told us to expect an 8-10 degree improvement (door faces West). I was skeptical since the garage also has a window. However Lloyd was correct. The difference is every bit as promised. Thank you for helping us to make the right investment in our home.

Remote garages door openers both were not working. I called precision this afternoon and explained and the had a service tech here with in a few hours. He said it was a faulty motor, which they were aware of and when a customer had a problem they were taking care of it right away. At no charge. Tech was very informative and friendly and all was done in about an hour. Very satisfied. And so glad I am a Precession garage door customer. Highly recommend this company. Price question is not applicable.

Spring on one side of garage door came off. I called Precision Garage Door Service on Monday and had service person Chris here Tuesday. He worked on repairing one way but not good enough for him. He ended up changing the way door worked. Two other techs Cameron and Cisco stopped by to help with finishing touches. Now it's easy open, safe to open and I am very happy. Hats off to the 3 C's. I recommend Precision Garage Door Service for anyone wanting job done right.

Our garage door wouldn’t open.Turns out it was in issue with the cables which were still under warranty.I called late in the afternoon & they set up an appt for the next morning.Two service techs (Chris & John) arrived at 10:30, diagnosed the problem and had it fully repaired and functioning within an hour.Both Chris and John were friendly and professional.I would say they’re both excellent representatives for Precision Door. Chris kept me informed throughout the process which I appreciated.From my initial call to the office to the prompt response from the service techs to their competent and professional work, I would give my overall experience a 5+++.Unfortunately, most companies today do not emphasize and provide great or even good customer service.Precision Door is clearly the exception.

The technician was very respectful, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. I am giving 3 stars because the price is outrageous, the typical price to replace a spring is about $350 tops, he charged me $500+, and he was looking into everything suggesting to replace almost every piece of the garage, to charge me about $3500. I think that is awful, just trying to take your money, which we work so hard to earn it. I will never use this company again. And I will never recommend it, unless you want to give your money just because.

The 2 guys were polite and introduced themselves upon arrival. They worked non-stop and were very thorough in making adjustments so that new door fits and shuts in precisely the right place. They cleaned up the garage once complete. Helped me move stuff back where it was. I’m very appreciate by their positive attitude and willingness to help me. Highly recommend.
