We have asked for a receipt twice, and have yet to receive one. We called on 5/15/2014, day of purchase, and was told a receipt would be sent. If we do not receive a receipt, I will dispute my Discover charge until one is received. Thank you

Gave 3 stars since it took a few service calls to rectify the problem. However, I am more than pleased with how the problem was resolved, with Precision going above and beyond what I expected.

The service performed was cable replacement and adjustment of safety eyes. Upon reviewing our receipt, we noticed the center bearing, strut/truss rod and panel condition all marked "fail." Hector did not mention these items to us at any time, and did not ask if we wanted them serviced or replaced. Hector did his work quickly and efficiently, but we are concerned with the prospect of more problems in the near future, requiring another service call. That aside, we were thankful for the online coupon for $30.00 off on the service call; we are both retired, and living on a fixed income.

The techs were great the product good, however I was not let know about the fact I would loose 8 inches of space because of new door. I have waited for over a week for a return call but nothing. Job done have $ no response about issue.
