Had issues with my 15 year old Overhead Door Legacy model a few days before Hurrricane Dorian. I called the office and the caller was able to talk me through getting the door down and secured. I made an appointment for a service man to stop by whenever possible. This morning the service man (sorry I don't recall his name) evaluated my system and concluded that the driver motor was faulty. I decided to replace the unit. The workmen were awesome and completed the job in short order. Awesome experience.

Precison should have a sticker for the door ( if they didn't put one on ) so their # would be handy for the owner and any neighbors interested in having work done . Precision did a great job replacing the broken torsion springs on my opener. Also installed new rollers that made operation absolutely smooth and quite. This should help the lifetime of my opener since it does not need to apply as much force to open and close the door. The technicians were very efficient and their attention to detail was great. I selected Precision as they were they original installers of the door in our new, to us, house. When the door began to 'act up' I called them late in the afternoon and had a technician at my door the next morning. Very professional gentlemen (Alex) who recommended a complete rebuild. Not cheap. I went for it because these are expensive hurricane doors and I don't ever want to worry about them. The service men arrived only a few hours later. Another two professional gentlemen, Maurice and Brett. They did the entire job in less than two hours. This is a very professional outfit, top to bottom, and you get what you pay for. There may be cheaper out there, but are they this good? IMHO.
