My gf and I had Lloyd Tanner as our garage door consultant. If I could give him 10 stars I would. This guy knocked it out of the park like no other. Came readily prepared with two quotes as we had asked. We ended up going a completely different direction and he was happy to draw us up another quote and ended up saving us $1,000’s of dollars in the end! Completely flexible and unbelievably kind throughout the whole process. I’d recommend Lloyd and Precision every single time for a new garage door!

Currently I'm satisfied with the work that was completed but wasn't happy to know that the work performed by the Tech failed to change out the wiring on first time around knowing the price I had to pay was a lot only to have to make a 2nd trip to replace the wiring in order for the remotes to work properly. It made me as a customer feel like I would have been cheated out of my money knowing the job wasn't completed right the first time around but charged me full price. This is unacceptable practice. Tech thought leaving the old wiring from previous work done by another company would have worked only to find out it didn't. Nevertheless, Tech returned and made things right, for that I'm grateful and thankful.

The installers were running behind schedule, they were courteous and called to let me know and give a new eta. Upon arrival they got right to work and got the door installed and did a great clean up when done. He reviewed the remotes and door operation. What a difference with this new door, smooth and so quiet, I cannot believe how great this is, wish I did this sooner! Used this company to replace a door on my old place and was not disappointed.

The technician was very professional, and the work was done really well. The final price ended up being a lot higher than what I expected from the initial call, but the technician helped me figure out what actually needed to be done, even though we had to drop several items to stay close to my original budget. I still definitely recommend them. I’d give 4 stars for price and 5 stars for service. Ask for Evan Tucker.

Like many other reviews here, they tried to upsell us significantly. Quoted over $5500 for new motor, springs, cables and rollers. Wanted $2500 for a motor i could by myself for 500 to 600. They might do fine work, but they are perfectly happy to let you over pay. Buyer beware.

I originally dealt with a different company and their solution was telling me how to fix the door myself with a 2x4. Then I called Precision. What a difference in service. Cooper came out to the house, was up front about my options and what each option would cost. He uad the door fixed in 45 minutes and the door is better than ever! I highly recommend Precision instead of a certain company that may come up first alphabetically in a google search
