Spring on one side of garage door came off. I called Precision Garage Door Service on Monday and had service person Chris here Tuesday. He worked on repairing one way but not good enough for him. He ended up changing the way door worked. Two other techs Cameron and Cisco stopped by to help with finishing touches. Now it's easy open, safe to open and I am very happy. Hats off to the 3 C's. I recommend Precision Garage Door Service for anyone wanting job done right.

Precision Garage Doors did a fantastic job today when they came out to fix my garage door springs. They were prompt, polite, knowledgeable. They came out same day. They explained what was wrong & what needed replacing. They gave me a full written estimate. They answered all of my questions. They really went above & beyond to make sure I understood what they were doing & why. Chris & John did a fantastic job. They worked quickly & efficiently. They cleaned up the work area afterwards. (I am blind. This is particularly important for me because of my fall risk). The managers Maurice & Charlie) contacted me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work & make sure all my questions were answered. I would Highly Recommend this company for outstanding customer service & because they all went Above & Beyond all reasonable expectations to make this a positive experience.
