We had a bad power problem about 5 am this morning. FPL installed a new transformer and got us hooked up about 11:30am. I noticed that my garage door didn't work and I couldn't fix the problem so I called Precision Door and Mellisa had two tecnitions arrive within an hour.They said how lucky I was that the power failure did not blow out my garage door unit. They reset everything including the controlers very qjickly. The 65$ service charge was a surprise tol me as we had a garage door overhall within this year. However, I certainly am willing to pay for the expert work that your technitians do. You have great people working for you. Bob Sawyers

James met with me on time, discussed options and met my competitive price expectations. He followed up after work hours with a formal estimate and evaluation of the existing door. Even though he did not make any recommendations, it's obvious to me the door needs to be replaced. Jimmy said work would be done in one to two weeks.

alled early this morning stating Bobby the installer had an emergency and sending another installer who called me and gave me the information where he was coming from and what time he would be at my home. Told him my sister would be there. The installer was very professional, called me when he was through and said if ther was any problems or questions please call. Van Babcock did a great job in repairing my garage door. It included a new opener, a new main spring, bearings. new rollers. Most everyting was replaced except the door itself. It works so quiet now. Van was a very pleasant worker, ice tol talk to. He was very thoroughin explaiing everything. Van made a repeat call to find out why my Car door remote wasn't working. Its a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis and its seems like the car unit is defective.Nice Job Van!!

I was unable to get my garage door to open to get my car out of the garage and I was extremely pleased with the fast response of Precision Overhead Garage Door Co. Great customer service! The young lady I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and the technician arrived in the time frame given during my call. Technician John W. was very professional and helpful.It was a minor problem that he was able to fix quickly and easily and he explained the age of my door opener and gave me an estimate for replacing the springs as well as an estimate for possible replacement of the entire automatic mechanism. Technician was Matt Simpson and I live in Holly Hill. From the time I made the phone call for help when the spring broke on the garage door till the time my door was fixed was within a couple hours.The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and concerns.They were not the cheapest estimate
