I was unable to get my garage door to open to get my car out of the garage and I was extremely pleased with the fast response of Precision Overhead Garage Door Co. Great customer service! The young lady I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and the technician arrived in the time frame given during my call. Technician John W. was very professional and helpful.It was a minor problem that he was able to fix quickly and easily and he explained the age of my door opener and gave me an estimate for replacing the springs as well as an estimate for possible replacement of the entire automatic mechanism. As soon as the budget allows I will have Precision install a new automatic garage door opener!

Technician was Matt Simpson and I live in Holly Hill. From the time I made the phone call for help when the spring broke on the garage door till the time my door was fixed was within a couple hours.The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and concerns.They were not the cheapest estimate
