We had a bad power problem about 5 am this morning. FPL installed a new transformer and got us hooked up about 11:30am. I noticed that my garage door didn't work and I couldn't fix the problem so I called Precision Door and Mellisa had two tecnitions arrive within an hour.They said how lucky I was that the power failure did not blow out my garage door unit. They reset everything including the controlers very qjickly. The 65$ service charge was a surprise tol me as we had a garage door overhall within this year. Van Babcock did a great job in repairing my garage door. It included a new opener, a new main spring, bearings. new rollers. Most everyting was replaced except the door itself. It works so quiet now. Van was a very pleasant worker, ice tol talk to. He was very thoroughin explaiing everything. Van made a repeat call to find out why my Car door remote wasn't working. Its a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis and its seems like the car unit is defective.Nice Job Van!!
