The installers were friendly, answered all my questions and concerns, explained how to work all of the devices, what all the safety features were and how to use them properly to prevent injury or damage to the Garage Door System. We had an old German model, it had to get replaced or fixed but it was 18 years old. At first we just needed to get the door down, had a garage door company come over the day before, he was up front with us about needing at least 2 people to close the door, but they couldn’t fit us in. The next morning I was calling around, I’m glad precision could fit me in today, which I was greatful. Brandon also told me it was a 2 man job. Then Greg showed up with his person he was training Steven. In all they made my door safe and in good working condition. I want to say you have an awesome team, thank you precision!

Allan was very polite, proficient with his work, and was wonderful to work with! Brittany, another technician, completed the job, because of a part that was needed, to my total satisfaction. She answered all my questions in a very knowledgeable way. She also was very proficient with her work. Precision technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the defective part. In addition, the technician took the time to show me how to keep the garage door properly lubricated. The technician also reset the code in both cars! A job very well done.

Wow! I had a problem with my garage door and a knowledgeable technician (Chris) was at my house within a couple of hours and the door was repaired in about an hour. Chris was friendly, honest and had instructions and suggestions for proper maintenance of the door. In addition, he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. The door is only 4 or 5 years old, so I didn't need new rollers or things like that. I will definitely call Precision Door Service if I have any other issues.
