As I was leaving for work early in the morning my garage door had broke and become unuseable. I called Precision on my lunch break and set up an appointment for later that night. Hector, a technician, was waiting for me as soon as I arrived home. Hector was very professional, informative, and polite and of course skilled at what he does. Hector informed me of everything I needed and why as well as provided me with preventative maintenance knowledge for my garage door. After my experience with Hector, I would not call anyone else for garage door service. 5 stars.

Wow! I had a problem with my garage door and a knowledgeable technician (Chris) was at my house within a couple of hours and the door was repaired in about an hour. Chris was friendly, honest and had instructions and suggestions for proper maintenance of the door. In addition, he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. The door is only 4 or 5 years old, so I didn't need new rollers or things like that. I will definitely call Precision Door Service if I have any other issues.
