Wow, I was amazed, The technician who came out to give me the quote was very knowledgeable, and polite, and explained everything in detail. Steve, took the time to make sure I understood the function and need for recommended services. When he had completed his review and provided the pricing, it was in a tiered basis, from the basics to the "white glove" enhancements. I settled on the middle choice as it met my needs and budget. What was equally impressive was that once I had made my choice, they scheduled another technician, Bernard, to complete the job that SAME DAY! Bernard was extremely efficient and patient with it came to the installation of my aftermarket WIFI controller. He was determined to make sure ALL was working before departing, even if it meant almost an hour of discussion back and forth with the "Genie" help desk. I could not have asked for a better solution to my installation issues. I highly recommend Precision Door and you will be extremely lucky if you get Steve or Bernard or both.

Thank you for prompt service of my garage door after Hurricane Ian. I called on Sunday and the tech Mason, came Tuesday morning, fixed the problem of the garage door not going all the way down. Tech was professional, courteous and explained everything so I could understand it. Even lubed the hinges for me. That afternoon 2 more techs came by to replace the battery pack that Mason found needed replacing. He didn't have one on his truck. My garage door spring broke on Christmas Eve morning, and my wife was due to be at church later that day. Oh no! What to do? I searched the internet and found Precision had excellent reviews and so I gave them a call. A REAL PERSON answered my call and I explained my predicament to them. They immediately assured me that they could have someone at my house that day to assess the situation. A short time later, Alex arrived and quickly surveyed the situation and explained the various options to rectify my problem. I chose to have them perform the "Whole Nine Yards", and he contacted their service person, Chris, to come by the house and do the work. Shortly, Chris arrived and went over the procedures he would perform and explained the items that he would replace. One and a half hours later, my garage door was operating like new again!
