U needed two garage door opener installed. I had 4 companies come to my home and another just did a phone quote. 3 of the companies that came the guys were sloppy looked around and said it will be xxx. Jacob with Precision was the only one that didn't just stand in the middle of the garage and quite it. He made sure the springs on both doors worked and explained everything in great detail. Jacob was here for over an hour just got do the quote. He was knowledgeable, very courteous, and professional. Unfortunately, Jacob was the first quote I was receiving. After receiving the rest of the quotes, I called back to Precision and asked for Jacob to come and install the motors. By the way, Precision was not the cheapest, by far the most expensive!! But due to his professional attitude and in depth quote i felt much more confident of no surprises and cost increases during the project. Also, Precision was the only company that would perform the low voltage wiring so I didn't need an electrician! The motors were installed The other day and what a great job! He was here over 5 hours and was meticulous about the installation. Again, pay the extra couple bucks in my case it was 358$ more but I am not sorry!!

I understand that some appointments require service call fees but this appointment was the same problem that I had before, in fact it was identical. after I had to use the emergency pull to open the door after the storm when I got it back on track the door just would open and close and open and close it would never stop this happened once before and I was not charged it should not be that way when you have to use the rope to open your door that you cannot get it back to where operates correctly so you have to call and pay $65. So my point is twice since I bought this unit from your company I've had to use the emergency rope and twice I've had to call for the same identical problem each time, luckily they waived the trip charge the first time but the problem shouldn't happen every time you have to use the emergency rope.

Our garage door broke and I called another garage door company. We were told we would have to wait until the next day and possibly the following day as well. I called Precision Door Service and had a technician within 2 hours and the door repaired within the next 2 hours. They were spot on!

Tom was professional and courteous while explaining what had to be done to fix the broken spring. I was given three choices of what work could be done to fix the spring and chose to have other parts replaced in order to prevent other breakdowns. The job was completed in a reasonable time and at a fair price.
