The original price quoted was very high and he worked with his boss to help lower it so my garage door could be fixed; the right way this time. A previous company had repaired it before. I had 3 companies scheduled. Precision was the only one that showed up on time and called prior as requested. In addition, Alex was the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We have had D&D out several times in the past and never fixed the problem. Alex made all repairs. I highly recommend this company and do yourself a favor and ask for Alex!

We found Precision Door on the internet searching for "Master Lift Garage Door Remote". Alex arrived on schedule. He was polite and professional. He inspected our doors and advise that the brand, Windsor, are no longer supplied in central Florida, but did say depending on the problem and lead time, that Precision could address some of the future problems, i.e. springs, cables, and rollers. He gave us a card for future reference. We will definitely call Precision Door when we have a need in the future.
