The service techs that came out were extremely nice and and answered all my questions thoroughly. They explained the issue with the old opener and gave me several options for resolving the problem. They were quick and through installing the new door opener and explained the operation in detail. I am very pleased with the service and the new door opener.

It doesn't get any better than this. I called the office and the service tech was here the same day within three hours. Dylan was very knowledgeable of the garage door industry and performed his task in a timely manner. He gave me prices on door openers that I will consider in the future. Same day service! Prices are fair. Quality of product seems to be very good. Warranty is good. The best part of the whole experience was a young man named Jacob who did the job. Even at the age of 23 years, he was extremely professional, polite and handled himself in a manor way beyond his 23 years. Answered all questions without having to think about the answer before speaking.....extremely knowledgeable about the products and procedures necessary to do what he does. A definite asset to this company!!
