We heard a loud bang in the garage and found a broken spring on the overhead garage door. It was early Friday afternoon so we were surprised (and pleased) to learn the repair could be done that same day. Alex arrived within 30 minutes to access the damage and provide cost options. He documented everything within photos. The repair specialist arrived within the hour and quickly and professionally completed the job. It was a pleasure to deal with Precision Door.

Excellent response and excellent workmanship. After calling three companies Precision was the only company that could make it to my house on the day my garage door would not open. I just happened to have that day off and needed to get the repair done on the day I called. My schedule would not allow me to have the repair done for at least five days. The quality of the parts that were replaced and the professional workmanship of the technicians along with a rapid response were outstanding.

Precision Door technicians were very prompt, courteous, and professional! They gave a detailed estimate of what needed to be done and Jonathan completed the job quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to program my door remotes, as I was having difficulty getting them synchronized. I was very impressed with the professionalism of both him and the estimator.

We have good things to say about Precision Garage Door Service. From the moment we called to arrange for service, we spoke to a live operator who kept in touch to let us know when and who would be coming.
