I called Precision to inspect my Precision door opener, as it was no longer working. It turned out to be an electrical issue in the junction box, rather than an issue with the opener. Greg performed a 25 point inspection to ensure that everything would be okay once the electrical issue with the junction box was resolved. The cost of the inspection was very reasonable, and the service was prompt and remarkable. I am very pleased with their service and my Precision door opener and Precision garage door.

Alex explained everything well, was friendly and professional. We are getting new garage door installed. The only thing that wasn't mentioned was possibility of any discounts, military (my husband is a veteran) or senior citizen?? The company and workers are the best. Job was done right and fast, I will call them again. I will tell anyone they are they are the best. I ran into my door and broke the bottom panel bent rollers, plus other things. I called them at 10 am and before dark my door was fixed. You can't get better than that. Very happy I can't say enough for this company.

We are very pleased with the service. Making appointment was easy (talking to a real, live person,) technician came right on schedule and repair was performed promptly. The technician explained everything thoroughly, and we learned a lot about how the garage door system operates. He did offer us services beyond the basic repair, mostly in the nature of upgrades, but there was no hard sell. We'll use Precision Door Service next time we need garage door work.

I went with the PDS800 belt drive system and I am very pleased with this ultra quiet product. Greg showed up to our house around 4:30, and first did a complete inspection, then shared the results with me and discussed several option to proceed which I really appreciated. He installed the new motor, and did a few other updates and was done around 6:30. Overall great service, great experience, and I would absolutely recommend Precision to anyone in the future.
