Excellent service , explained very well what was to be done , and did NOT pressure us to repair or replace anything. Technicians Alex and Greg were personable, and definitely experienced in the job done. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone in need of this service

Sunday is a day when you want to drive your car but the door will not open, the car is stuck in the garage and you at home. Monday you phone the local people from internet, and in the lunch time the voice "I am 40 minutes from your home". The estimate and the door repair technician, all happens in the next three hours, rain or shine the job is fine. The technician took care of everything. This is my comment, a new homeowner in an old home in Port Orange, Fl.

Absolutely the best service you will find. Tyler came out the same day I called and checked everything out. He gave me two estimates and scheduled the replacement for the next day. Allen did the install and was very efficient. Both men were polite and a pleasure to work with.

Precision Door technicians were very prompt, courteous, and professional! They gave a detailed estimate of what needed to be done and Jonathan completed the job quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to program my door remotes, as I was having difficulty getting them synchronized. I was very impressed with the professionalism of both him and the estimator.

Will definitely use them again, although I doubt there will be a need; in the meantime, we strongly recommend them.

We are very pleased with our experiences with Precision Door. They installed our garage door in 2015 and preformed warranty replacement of the springs, cable and gasket on May 27, 2022. We also had our opener replaced with a Liftgate 8155W which is working perfectly so far. Our technician Vic did a great job Installing and programing the opener and helped program all of our devices. He did a great job. Also a shout out to Cooper who made the initial visit to access what needed to be done. They both came when scheduled and called when they were on their way to us. Thanks to both of them.

I previously used Precision Door Service for a new garage door opener install in 2013. I’m glad to know they still had all my records when they done the installation and didn’t have to re-provide the information. With so many companies switching systems, this eased one level of frustration. I ended up needing a new spring and tune up. The 1st technician clearly provided what was needed. And a 2nd technician showed up to perform the installation. Price ended up meeting the quoted price and I was back up and running. As a bonus, the garage door opening/closing process was quieter. Additional positives is they provide before and after photos. Also, all information with the photos, warranty, and receipt were sent to me. Only thing I would ask for in the future is for Precision to consider adding in Apple Pay/cardless payments. They appear to be well adapted for the technology age and this would have been perfect. However, since this main goal is to get a repair, this is just a minor ask.

Your workers were very courteous and professional and handled the job efficiently. I would highly recommend anyone using your service. I googled garage door services, got two estimates and found yours $500.00 less than another I had called.

I had a problem with my garage door which suddenly malfunctioned. Precision immediately sent Allan, a technician, to assess the problem. Allan was very polite, proficient with his work, and was wonderful to work with! Brittany, another technician, completed the job, because of a part that was needed, to my total satisfaction. She answered all my questions in a very knowledgeable way. She also was very proficient with her work. I would wholeheartedly recommend Precision door to anyone seeking an honest, and reputable firm to serve any need with garage doors!

We have had an intermittent issue with the garage door opener. Several technicians from Precision Garage Door have vigorously attempted to identify the issue and solve it. We were so impressed with their dogged determination to find the culprit. Brittany was here today and Maurice was here yesterday. Maurice, a very pleasant person, was determined to solve the problem and checked every possible scenario. He was here quite a long time handled some possible causes and tried solutions. There was no charge for his time and effort . Brittany installed another possible solution today and handled it quickly and thoroughly. Still the only charge was the new equipment,.. no labor. Precision Garage Door people and company are the best. We wholeheartedly recommend them.

Your company was recommended by our neighbors who were satisfied customers. From the first phone call, to the completion of the repairs, your team was professional and efficient. We were kept informed regarding appointment times and received phone call and text messages with a brief profile and picture of your staff. We noticed they also seemed happy with their work..I commented on this. Genuine praises were forthcoming about your company, which were quite refreshing. Over all it was a great experience and we will not hesitate to recommend you.

Found Precision Door on the internet and they were the first I called on my list of two or three others. It was the day after Christmas so I figured I would leave a message to set up appointment. I knew I had found the right company when a real person answered the phone. The appointment was set up, all questions were answered and the estimate for the work was well within the price range I expected. The technicians Ian and Tyler showed up exactly on time and went to work. I watched the entire process and was very impressed with the way each tech approached the job at hand. They answered all questions and the one he could not answer he was on the phone and got the answer immediately. After clean-up Ian asked if everything was alright and went through all the operational features of the new system. Precision Door should be very proud of the way these two young men represented the company. 100% recommend Precision Door with a 5 star rating. Very Respectfully, Larry Thurlow, USNRET

Wanted to say that the techs were fantastic, can’t sat enough about them. The first tech Nick came out on a Sunday in great time and looked everything over told me what I needed, took pictures and gave me the price for all I needed. Shortly after Chis came and did a fantastic job in the repairs explained all he did and everything was cleaned up. Both men were professional and courteous. Great company and great techs that you.

The man who came to give me an estimate was friendly, gave me a thorough explanation of the garage doors his company could provide, and very quickly came up with an estimate. I decided not to go with this company because I prefer to go with local vendors but he was very persuasive In a competent manner.
