Had 40year old fiberglass garage doors ( 1 single, 1 double) that were well beyond their life span. Called around for repair service and Precision not only had a live person answer the phone but had someone out that afternoon. Ended up replacing both doors. We had a new garage door and garage door opener installed. The products are high quality and beautiful. The installation was meticulous. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Today, we called to request service and were surprised to be told someone would be out same day. In fact, it was less than 2 hours after our call that Precision arrived. Mason was our technician. Mason listened carefully to the issue we were having and was able to immediately make adjustments to address the concern. Mason took time to evaluate other areas of the door and opener to confirm proper function. Mason also spent some time educating us on features of our door and opener and made suggestions on future maintenance, even demonstrating how we can care for the door. After explaining all this in detail, he reminded us of the warranty Precision offers and the excellent customer service that is provided. When Mason left, every issue we had was addressed, we felt educated and prepared to do small maintenance on the door and we had peace of mind having personal experience now with the amazing "after the sale" customer service. From start to finish for our new garage door and opener they have kept us informed of the project. The salesman spent time answering all of our questions for the replacement of our old door and opener. All of the people involved from the first contact to the installation everyone was knowledgeable and worked to complete the install professionally and quickly. The installing was completed in 4 hours even with the replacement of the motor twice. We were allowed to take time to ask the installer questions about our new devices. I chose Precision from the professional ad in the phone book yellow pages. The response was quick with the appraiser coming first. Of course the original cost quoted to replace a spring was out the door. The appraiser told me even though I had one spring since purchasing the door that I would now need two springs (new building code). He also pointed out a couple weaknesses in the door hinges and a need to replace some rollers. After he presented me with the cost of repairs I agreed since I felt it was still fair cost wise. The actual installer, Brittany, was great. She was pleasant and got right to work. She knows her job and completed the repairs quickly. She is an asset to the company. The garage door works so much quieter and the extra spring hopefully will take pressure off the springs. All in all I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Our garage door jammed. I called Precision right away and even on New Years Eve they had a technician at our home to assess the problem and make the repair. The technician/assessor determined that a repair Precision had made in 2015 installed the wrong size springs on the door. A second technician with the right parts was sent to our house and the complete repair was completed by 6:00 pm New Years Eve. Precision does great work and even when it isn't right they stand by their service and make it right. There was no charge for this repair. I will continue to recommend Precision to my friends and acquaintances.

My garage door spring broke on Christmas Eve morning, and my wife was due to be at church later that day. Oh no! What to do? I searched the internet and found Precision had excellent reviews and so I gave them a call. A REAL PERSON answered my call and I explained my predicament to them. They immediately assured me that they could have someone at my house that day to assess the situation. A short time later, Alex arrived and quickly surveyed the situation and explained the various options to rectify my problem. I chose to have them perform the "Whole Nine Yards", and he contacted their service person, Chris, to come by the house and do the work. Shortly, Chris arrived and went over the procedures he would perform and explained the items that he would replace. One and a half hours later, my garage door was operating like new again!
