I called Precision to inspect my Precision door opener, as it was no longer working. It turned out to be an electrical issue in the junction box, rather than an issue with the opener. Greg performed a 25 point inspection to ensure that everything would be okay once the electrical issue with the junction box was resolved. The cost of the inspection was very reasonable, and the service was prompt and remarkable. I am very pleased with their service and my Precision door opener and Precision garage door.

The company and workers are the best. Job was done right and fast, I will call them again. I will tell anyone they are they are the best. I ran into my door and broke the bottom panel bent rollers, plus other things. I called them at 10 am and before dark my door was fixed. You can't get better than that. We are very pleased with the service. Making appointment was easy (talking to a real, live person,) technician came right on schedule and repair was performed promptly. The technician explained everything thoroughly, and we learned a lot about how the garage door system operates. He did offer us services beyond the basic repair, mostly in the nature of upgrades, but there was no hard sell. We'll use Precision Door Service next time we need garage door work.
