Thank you for prompt service of my garage door after Hurricane Ian. I called on Sunday and the tech Mason, came Tuesday morning, fixed the problem of the garage door not going all the way down. Tech was professional, courteous and explained everything so I could understand it. Even lubed the hinges for me. That afternoon 2 more techs came by to replace the battery pack that Mason found needed replacing. He didn't have one on his truck. The other 2 techs were equally professional and courteous, asked if I had any questions before leaving. Top notch service all the way. I'm very happy with my Precision Garage door and service after the sale. Thank you!

This company has the best customer care of any company I have ever dealt with, and being 79 thats a lot of companies Trust Me. Right from the start, their office asked the necessary questions, made an appointment. They called to confirm appt. , sent an email with the photo of the employee who was coming. Mason called stating when he would arrive. Very polite, well versed on what needed to be done, did his work by getting my car out of the garage, as the door had been completely off the rails and tilted. I was told new springs, wires and new rollers were needed. He quoted a price. Was contacted that same day by ( Brandon) repair crew made appt. they arrived on their appt. time. Completed the final repairs as needed. Again, very competent and experienced repair people. No additional charges even though they really struggled with the door being off center. All repairs completed properly. They again were very courteous answered my concerns and were extremely conscientious of my anxiety and kept me calm as they worked. I must say this company has the best employees, customer response and they stick to their commitment of quality work. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage work, they are in my opinion the best of the best. 10 + Stars, darn, I could only give 5 , they deserve much more.

Alex and Greg were on time, professional, and provided excellent service. Alex provided good advice and detailed information to help us choose the best opener for us. Greg came just a couple of hours later to handle the opener installation and tune-up the garage door. We're very impressed with the quick service we received and extremely happy with our remarkedly quiet belt drive unit.

On August 8th, Alex came to the house and inspected our garage door, springs and opener. Sad to say our opener was done (after 22 years ????) and wouldn’t open the door at all. Alex said our springs were getting weak. We purchased the springs from Precision and said they have a lifetime warranty free replacement. Wow that was a savings we needed. After Alex gave us his expert advice, we got the Best of the Best LiftMaster opener. On August 9th, Brandon stopped by to install the springs, steel cables, opener and setup the system. I learned that day, he is a one man army. He was knowledgeable, he had an attitude of ‘Doing it right the first time”. He had difficulty with the old springs coming off the steel rod. He stayed focused and overcame the issue as a professional. He installed everything with attention to detail. Brandon has been doing this for 3 months, I was so impressed. Also Brandon & his wife are expecting a baby girl some time soon. We Love Precision, we Love Alex and Brandon. Thank You for a job well done! Bryan & June (Port Orange)

I have had a Sears warranty on our garage door and opener but for two years there have been no service men in a hundred and fifty mile radius to service our door. Finally, and just before I bought a new one from Lowes, I googled and found Precision. I was expecting to be told i had to buy a new door. Brandon, our serviceman said he could fix our door and make everything work like new. Brandon not only fixed the door by replacing almost all parts and putting in a new garage door opener, but he was thorough, very neat and then took the time to go over everything he did and then explain how all worked. He also have us a website to refer to if any issues arose. Brandon also said he had only been with the company for three months! Our garage door issues are over and we will ONLY woek with Precision, and hopefully Brandon, from now on...

We have good things to say about Precision Garage Door Service. From the moment we called to arrange for service, we spoke to a live operator who kept in touch to let us know when and who would be coming. All those involved were caring, efficient, courteous and extremely professional. Thank you, Jeremy, Jonathan, Matthew and supervisor Greg. We had new springs, cables, remotes and other parts fully replaced. Would not hesitate calling them when needed.

We heard a loud bang in the garage and found a broken spring on the overhead garage door. It was early Friday afternoon so we were surprised (and pleased) to learn the repair could be done that same day. Alex arrived within 30 minutes to access the damage and provide cost options. He documented everything within photos. The repair specialist arrived within the hour and quickly and professionally completed the job. It was a pleasure to deal with Precision Door.

Without question, we would highly recommend Precision to repair or replace any issue we may have with our garage door or opener, in the future! (Although they have done such an amazing job, I do not think we would ever have to call.) Our Technicoan Greg worked so efficiently, our repairs have been completed, less than 24 hours have passed since our call to request service. Thank you, Precision! Your work is impeccable.

After our garage door failed and jammed in the late evening I called Precision who scheduled a technician to respond the following morning. Jeremy Santo Domingo arrived promptly that morning and soon thereafter had the door again functional. After his evaluation of the system we elected to have it overhauled (springs, chain, rollers, etc). Bernard Hartfield arrived later that afternoon and rebuilt it. Now it works perfectly and quietly. Their work was expedient and they both were highly professional. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Gard Door Service to anyone who needs service.

We chose your company by a previous client and were overwhelmed by the whole process. From the phone call to make the appointment, to Jermey coming to do a full inspection and estimate, which is beyond words in a positive way, to the completion of the installation, which was excellent to say the least. First impressions are so important and when I called in the operator was so pleasant and accommodating. This started a great experience off from the beginning. I would highly recommend Overhead Garage Precision Door Service to my family and friends and am also going to put it o Next Door in my neighborhood. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Excellent door, excellent service. Thrilled with my new door, wide windows, insulated, hurricane reinforced. Installers and estimator were professional and the attention to detail impressive. Door took longer to receive than I'd hoped, but Covid supply issues are out of everyone's control. Thank you, I will recommend your company. Now buy the installers some light colored shirts and shorts - it is summer in Florida!

Excellent response and excellent workmanship. After calling three companies Precision was the only company that could make it to my house on the day my garage door would not open. I just happened to have that day off and needed to get the repair done on the day I called. My schedule would not allow me to have the repair done for at least five days. The quality of the parts that were replaced and the professional workmanship of the technicians along with a rapid response were outstanding.

Had two motors replaced after a lightning caused failure. Had Alex the first day for an estimate. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. One day later and very promptly Bernard. Came over and started the work. He was joined by another associate and together they completed the work and taught me how everything worked. I couldn’t have been happier with these technicians. I would definitely use this company again. Jim Kerwin
