This is a terrific company. Our garage door was damaged beyond repair on a Friday afternoon; we called & James arrived within a couple hours. He was polite & informative & was able to close our damaged door so our home was secure over the weekend. Our new door was installed early the next week. This is the secound time I have used them first time replace motor they did very good work show up on time price OK. This time needed the springs replaced and rollers they showed up before time did good work and last time he said that I should do the springs and rollers just the funds stop then now door sitting in good shape and will use them again if needed.

Van Babcock did a great job in repairing my garage door. It included a new opener, a new main spring, bearings. new rollers. Most everyting was replaced except the door itself. It works so quiet now. Van was a very pleasant worker, ice tol talk to. He was very thoroughin explaiing everything. Van made a repeat call to find out why my Car door remote wasn't working. Its a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis and its seems like the car unit is defective.Nice Job Van!!
