As I was leaving for work early in the morning my garage door had broke and become unuseable. I called Precision on my lunch break and set up an appointment for later that night. Hector, a technician, was waiting for me as soon as I arrived home. Hector was very professional, informative, and polite and of course skilled at what he does. Hector the service man was on time. He adjusted the spring load. He explained that the spring adjustment might hold for a week, a few weeks or a few mo. or longer.
