We are a repeat customer. Called for an opener repair and the technicians we friendly and knowledgeable. Ended up ordering a new door. The opener was replaced under warranty.

When I called several garage door repair companies, Precision was the only one to give a free estimate. When Jimmy came he was friendly yet very professional. We told him our problem. He inspected the entire door and was able to repair it the same day. He tightened the springs and replaced the rollers, sprayed rollers and hinges and the door is purring it is so happy. We chose Precision because we needed a serviceperson that offered same-day service. The garage door came off the pulley and springs also needed adjustment. Compared to the price upon our initial phone call explaining the problem, and price after service completed, with no new parts required, the price was more than double. Price was competitive, and I called for service after 4 on a Monday, and the problem was fixed by 10:00 Tuesday morning, before the other two companies I had called and left messages with even called me back. I really appreciate that they send their technicians in uniforms with ID badges, and an email telling you who who can expect. My technician was quick, trustworthy and did an awesome job. I'll never call another company again.

I was totally satisfied with the technician. He had to address a problem he had never seen before.He worked out a way to get at and correct the problem. Under Service Performed. None of the categories fit. The center bracket that is attached to the garage wall the spring brackets are attached to came off the wall and was wedge between the door frame and top panel of garage door.
