On August 8th, Alex came to the house and inspected our garage door, springs and opener. Sad to say our opener was done (after 22 years ????) and wouldn’t open the door at all. Alex said our springs were getting weak. We purchased the springs from Precision and said they have a lifetime warranty free replacement. Wow that was a savings we needed. After Alex gave us his expert advice, we got the Best of the Best LiftMaster opener. On August 9th, Brandon stopped by to install the springs, steel cables, opener and setup the system. I learned that day, he is a one man army. He was knowledgeable, he had an attitude of ‘Doing it right the first time”. He had difficulty with the old springs coming off the steel rod. He stayed focused and overcame the issue as a professional. He installed everything with attention to detail. Brandon has been doing this for 3 months, I was so impressed. I have had a Sears warranty on our garage door and opener but for two years there have been no service men in a hundred and fifty mile radius to service our door. Finally, and just before I bought a new one from Lowes, I googled and found Precision. I was expecting to be told i had to buy a new door. Brandon, our serviceman said he could fix our door and make everything work like new. Brandon not only fixed the door by replacing almost all parts and putting in a new garage door opener, but he was thorough, very neat and then took the time to go over everything he did and then explain how all worked. He also have us a website to refer to if any issues arose. Brandon also said he had only been with the company for three months! Our garage door issues are over and we will ONLY woek with Precision, and hopefully Brandon, from now on...

We heard a loud bang in the garage and found a broken spring on the overhead garage door. It was early Friday afternoon so we were surprised (and pleased) to learn the repair could be done that same day. Alex arrived within 30 minutes to access the damage and provide cost options. He documented everything within photos. The repair specialist arrived within the hour and quickly and professionally completed the job. It was a pleasure to deal with Precision Door.

After our garage door failed and jammed in the late evening I called Precision who scheduled a technician to respond the following morning. Jeremy Santo Domingo arrived promptly that morning and soon thereafter had the door again functional. After his evaluation of the system we elected to have it overhauled (springs, chain, rollers, etc). Bernard Hartfield arrived later that afternoon and rebuilt it. Now it works perfectly and quietly. Excellent response and excellent workmanship. After calling three companies Precision was the only company that could make it to my house on the day my garage door would not open. I just happened to have that day off and needed to get the repair done on the day I called. My schedule would not allow me to have the repair done for at least five days. The quality of the parts that were replaced and the professional workmanship of the technicians along with a rapid response were outstanding.

Sunday is a day when you want to drive your car but the door will not open, the car is stuck in the garage and you at home. Monday you phone the local people from internet, and in the lunch time the voice "I am 40 minutes from your home". The estimate and the door repair technician, all happens in the next three hours, rain or shine the job is fine. The technician took care of everything. We are very pleased with our experiences with Precision Door. They installed our garage door in 2015 and preformed warranty replacement of the springs, cable and gasket on May 27, 2022. We also had our opener replaced with a Liftgate 8155W which is working perfectly so far. Our technician Vic did a great job Installing and programing the opener and helped program all of our devices. He did a great job. Also a shout out to Cooper who made the initial visit to access what needed to be done. They both came when scheduled and called when they were on their way to us.
