Everyone at Precision Door were very nice and kind each time I spoke with them. We had to change the installation date several times and they were very helpful in working with us. I would highly recommend them.

I called Precision door for an estimate, they came out the same day, gave us an exceptional price. They pulled permits and within a weeks time the garage door was installed and permit closed. I would highly recommend this company. They are very professional and outstanding customer service!

We needed to get a new garage door and Precision made it easy from start to finish. The presentation was great and we thought the price was fair. They showed up for the presentation and install on time. We were told four weeks for the door to come in and that was pretty accurate. We purchased the garage door, the opener and the remote on the outside. The door is so quiet and functions extremely smoothly. We have absolutely no regrets with our decision to go with Precision.

Tyler was professional and timely. He patiently answered all our repeated questions. Tyler was thorough with his overview, descriptions and also provided suggestions. Tyler provided an extraordinary service level that is scarce in all industries today . David J. Llewellyn

The whole experience with Precision has been seamless, starting with the salesman Tyler and ending with the installer Ian Carr! Both young men were very helpful and professional!! All of my questions were answered and I had no reservations ever about my decision to go with Precision! I also received a 10% coupon toward the purchase price which also helped! Thank you Precision for being such a great business!

Installer Ian did a great job. He was meticulous. He did the work of 2 people. I say that because the last time I had my garage door replaced with different company it was a 2-person job with an experienced guy and a helper. Ian was fantastic. He also answered questions and had an easy-going personality. He was great representative for your company. I also want to mention Tyler, sales, who also was terrific and professional. Thanks guys.

You guys were wonderful start to finish. Lloyd T, was a fantastic “not a sales person” rep. Very down to earth. Ian C and Daniel T were our installers and they were amazing! And your communication is second to none. Five stars for everything!

I was referred to Precision from someone I know. I will recommend them if anyone I know is in need. The young courteous professionals who came out not only to estimate the work, and do it -did so quickly, and made sure everything was working just fine. I am more than satisfied.

Representatives were knowledgeable about their products, familiar with up to date building codes, were able to demonstrate differences in what we had vs what we wanted, patient with us and able to answer all our questions, made us aware of changes in products, did not “talk us into” anything - let us make our own decision, very courteous and professional throughout entire process.

Your workers, Ian and So were extremely polite and professional. They did an excellent job installing my new garage door. We had a little glitch with the color selection but that too was handled quickly and professionally by Maurice. I appreciate the extra effort Maurice made to correct the issue. Highly recommend Precision!

The techs were great the product good, however I was not let know about the fact I would loose 8 inches of space because of new door. I have waited for over a week for a return call but nothing. Job done have $ no response about issue.

Joseph F came and did a very thorough inspection and gave me an estimate. When Brandon and Bernard came to do the repair, they were very thorough and polite as well. They took care of everything and cleaned up afterwards. I really appreciated knowing who was coming with both a picture and name and information about them texted to me!

I cannot thank Precision Garage Doors enough. You’ve taken the stress away from the moment of a very easy online scheduling a service call (same day no less) to having awesome technicians to come out, assess the problem and then repair/install. The techs were all personable and efficient. Thank you to Zachary, Rob, Bernard and, my apologies, but I cannot recall the name of the other tech. Thank you all so very much. I will highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.
