Technician responded as scheduled for a repair of my old opener on the same day I called. Circuit board was shot in the old opener so I purchased a new belt drive opener. Technician was very efficient and friendly. Cost of the new opener was a little pricey, but has a life time warrantee. Would recommend this company to anyone because of their quick response as well as their skills.

Key pad a two clickers quit working. I called the Precision, I decided to check if there was a reset button. I unplugged unit and plugged back in. All was working. Then a little while later I tried it again. It did not work. The button on the wall worked the entire time. During that time there wasn"t any and storm or power outage. That happened before. Vann replaced unit. Never had this happen before. I just didn' t understand what the wall button always worked and the key pad and clickers quit working. I think Vann adjusted the tension on the belt,because isn't making a slapping noise anymore. The belt appeared to be lose when the door would go back down. Thank you

Mr. Helwig was prompt and arrived at the appointed time. He opened with an offer to completely overhaul the rollers, wire, etc. I told him I only wanted him to replace the springs. He immediately got to the task. He didn't pursue the overhaul subject as some companies do and I was happy about that. From the time he started until he completed the job, he worked with diligence and demonstrated expertise. He answered my questions with courtesy and thoroughness. On late Saturday afternoon I went out to my garage. I couldn't get it opened. I realized that one spring was broken. I looked in the yellow pages and found your ad. It said there wasn't an extra charge for nights and week-end. I called, and the technician came within a hour and a half. The tech was Chris Wheaton. Being able to contact a human voice in the early evening, the day I first had a problem, is wonderful.The young lady started me off with a good experience. My technician was on time and explained everything to me and gave me several options to choose from to fix my door problem. The Technician who came to my home was outstanding. He knew what the problem was and he articulated it very clearly. He is an excellent employee. I had a issue when doing electrical work and shut a few breakers off which created a small issue causing the door to not stay shut. I called at 7 pm for them to come out and take a look at it. To my suprise they had a crew on call to come out that night and fix it. Chris and his other worker were very professional, friendly and courteous. They not only fixed the door opener but gave me advice for possible future issues should they arise. I won't buy or recommend anyone but precision garage doors for any overhead door needs. These guys on top of it.
