Andrew is a credit to your organization. He arrived on time & was able to spot our problem. He then corrected our door sensor & checked for any other issues that we may have had. Andrew H. then spent time to explain how our system works. He was very polite & concerned that we understand this. We are senior citizens & were able to learn. Our experience with Andrew H. was very positive. We are definitely going to recommend Precision Door to our fellow home owners in our community. I definitely rate Andrew a 5+ Saul Geringer

Company was recommended by neighbor in our sub-division. Service performed was garage door spring replacement and replace rollers along the side of the garage door. Work was performed professionally by competent technician. Advice was also provided on maintaining the garage door. I would highly recommend this company and the technician who worked on my door.

I have tried for years to keep the garage door from jumping the tracks - my repair skills were minimal - it would jump off the tracks every 3-6 months. My wife said to call "the man" and I did. It even sounds better!!!!!

Jeremy expertly rebuilt our garage door spring and cable system after the original torsion spring and cables snapped, sending our heavy hurricane-rated garage door crashing to the floor. Very happy with the quick restoration to function, the reasonable price and the professional way the repair was carried out.

Garage door repair. Technician's were very knowledgeable and courteous. A complete diagnostic was given as to repairs needed and pricing. Although I was not able to do all the repairs at that time, it was good to know what was needed in addition to the issued that I originally called about. I would absolutely call on Precision in the future for repairs or garage door replacement.

Your technician arrived early, after calling to confirm. He was courteous, effective and efficient, going that extra mile to assure we were satisfied. Its a pleasure to deal with an individual and a company who maintain the tradition of quality sales and service. I believe your technician was Andrew and it would be outstanding if every service organization had associates like him. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Today, Dec7'15, Chris Wheaton as always was very thorough when he inspected my dumb waiter (that he installed in Sept'13) and garage overhead door to my house. He took the time to inform and educate me exactly what was needed and what was not needed to both inspections. He was very efficient to repair and service my garage door in a timely manner. Once again, Chris's personal and professional care demonstrated to me what customer service is all about.

Fast and professional service and repairs The chat feature was really helpful, allowed me to schedule service on Sunday for a Monday repair. The company sends a notice with the picture and bio of the technician that will be performing the job. A nice touch. Quality parts.
