Very satisfied customer. Chris W was fantastic to work with. He was on time, explained everything in detail, gave me options, and completed the job quicker than I thought it would take. He replaced a garage door motor as well as springs, rollers etc. new remotes, keypads, and a step by step demonstration of my new system helped me feel great about my purchase. I was amazed on how prompt this company is. I called and they came to fix my garage door the same day. Chris the technician was very professional, diagnosed the problem and informed me of what it needed to be done. The motor on my garage door needed to be replaced. I thought I had to wait for the motor to be ordered, he said no, I am going to install one right now. I thank you for the find work. I am quite satisfied, I will definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Services to family and friends.

Chris came to our home, diagnosed the problem immediately, explained what he was going to do to fix it, and proceed to do just that. He than did a safety inspection, and discussed that process with me. I asked for a rough estimate for some additional work, and he was glad to provide that information. Chris worked quickly and efficiently, was very polite, and is a definite asset to your company.

Precision door service was excellent. They came promptly when I called and installed my new door the same day. Van the technician was excellent. It was a big job, since I had a old wood door that was falling apart. In today's world to get the same day service is unheard of and I'm so thankful for Precision door service and how they helped me in a very distressful time. One of the springs broke on our double garage door. I found PDS online and used their chat function to schedule an appointment. It was very convenient. Van and his assistant showed up approximately 2 hours later and had the job completed in 40minutes. I'm very happy with my decision to use PDS. Great service and great guys.

5 stars. George and Jeremy were very professional and We are very well satisified with the service. provided. Everything was replaced with new precision equipment except the wooden door. Opener, springs and all hardware was replaced. I especially like the lifetime warranty and 1 year free service. I called the person who replaced the springs and some hardware about 8 years ago but the number was discontinued so apparently he went out of business. I was disappointed the spring broke after only 8 years but George said that was about average. I had a flyer from your company and chose to call you. I like the idea you are only around the corner from us. In any event at 85 and 77 I don't thing we will need anything done again anytime soon. At least I am happy with the service and you technicians. And this thing is so quiet I can't hear it operate. I definitely will spread the word and recommend your company to any one who needs this kind of service. Thanks again

we found precision door service thru home advisers.com. george was the technician who came to us. he was friendly and more importantly knew everything about our old opener system, how to maintain the doors and the fact that our old system was not strong enough to lift our insulated double door. we took his advice and upgraded to a more powerful system so that we may avoid problems in the future.

The response time was excellent. I was informed on arrival that there would be a $65 service call charge, but was not asked if I wanted or could pay for a tune-up special.
