These guys are not cheap, however, they were at my house 1 day after my call to evaluate. The following day my issues were resolved in a timely and professional manner. I understand that some appointments require service call fees but this appointment was the same problem that I had before, in fact it was identical. after I had to use the emergency pull to open the door after the storm when I got it back on track the door just would open and close and open and close it would never stop this happened once before and I was not charged it should not be that way when you have to use the rope to open your door that you cannot get it back to where operates correctly so you have to call and pay $65. So my point is twice since I bought this unit from your company I've had to use the emergency rope and twice I've had to call for the same identical problem each time, luckily they waived the trip charge the first time but the problem shouldn't happen every time you have to use the emergency rope.

Excellent service, I called in the morning to get a broken spring fixed and they arrived right on time that day. The service technician was very courteous, and changed the springs and worn out bearings and rollers. The bearings and rollers were changed only after the technician showed me the problems with the parts. Five Star service.

I was very pleased with the service of the technicians (Matt and Will) that installed the garage door. Though there were a few issues and it took a bit longer than expected, their attitudes were great. When they were finished, they made sure I understood how everything operated and also set up the permit inspection. Unfortunately, I can't say the same of the sales staff. When the first sales rep came to my house, she was not prepared. She did not have the information needed for what should have been a standard garage door, she appeared frazzled and then on top of that, I had to sign what seemed a lot of pages on her tablet just to confirm that in fact DID NOT purchase a door. Four or five days went by with no call or email. I finally called her. She promised estimate by end of day. I got it the next morning and it was just way out in left field. I asked her to get me another quote on something a little less expensive and I never heard from her again. My phone rings a week or so later, and it is Chris telling me that they are going to be installing my garage door the next day. I tell Chris I never bought a door from Precision. He then apologizes and says that he was supposed to call Hardy instead of Handy. Much to his credit, after I told him how disappointed I was in the original associate that I didn't even buy a door from them, he actually took the time to find exactly the door I needed (in less than 3 min) and had me on the schedule for installation before the call was over. So, you owe Chris a bonus as without that mistaken call to me and his great attitude and making sure I was happy, I would have never called you back to buy the door. I actually, had another estimate set up with another company. With all that said, I am very happy with my new garage door! Colette Handy

Tom was professional and courteous while explaining what had to be done to fix the broken spring. I was given three choices of what work could be done to fix the spring and chose to have other parts replaced in order to prevent other breakdowns. The job was completed in a reasonable time and at a fair price.
