Alex came out to my home and was very professional, but also very personable. He was very up front and honest with his recommendations. He answered all of my questions and did not try to push me into something I did not want. Looking forward to my new door.

Alex was a great down to earth kinda guy, very polite and knowledgeable. The original price quoted was very high and he worked with his boss to help lower it so my garage door could be fixed; the right way this time. A previous company had repaired it before. I will definitely be using you guys again if needed in the future and recommend you to anyone who has garage door issues.

I was impressed. Our tech, Alex, knew his stuff, respected our property and was most professional, which in this day and age, doesn't always happen. We'll always use this service in the future.

Same day service! Prices are fair. Quality of product seems to be very good. Warranty is good. The best part of the whole experience was a young man named Jacob who did the job. Even at the age of 23 years, he was extremely professional, polite and handled himself in a manor way beyond his 23 years. Answered all questions without having to think about the answer before speaking.....extremely knowledgeable about the products and procedures necessary to do what he does. A definite asset to this company!!

You have a winner with Lead Cert. Tech. Dylan! We could not have had a more satisfying experience from the initial call for service, to promptness and information that was "spot on" regarding the repair, replacement, installation and explanation on using the replacement door opener. It is our pleasure to report to Precision Door Service that you have a five-star business with five star employees.

Professional sales person, offered me on option that I had not thought of, nor had another company that gave me an estimate. Hard-working, professional installer. Stayed with it until it met his satisfaction and standards (which I think were actually higher than mine). I would easily recommend this company to others.
