Great Experience!!! I chose Precision based on TV and newspaper/insert ads and am glad I did. My garage door would not close with or without the power door opener. The garage door was in the half open-half closed position and would not move in either direction. This happened on Halloween afternoon 2017. When I called for an appointment, I spoke with Chris who said he would get a tech out me on the following day. When I explained I could not get my car out and leaving the garage door open all night exposed my home to vandalism, especially on Halloween, he asked me to hold to see if he could get a tech out that day. After a few moments, Chris returned and advised he could have a tech, named Alex out this evening in about an hour. This was about 5:00 p.m. Alex showed up 40 minutes later, explained what he was going to do and proceeded to do so. He completed a thorough safety inspection and assessment of the problem, and advised me of courses of action. We agreed on what was to be done and he proceeded to correct the problem. I looked over his shoulder periodically and if I had questions as to what and/or why he was doing something, he explained it to my while he kept working. He was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and patient (with me). He spent about two hours fixing the problem and the garage door works like new. Cost of the repair was reasonable. Thanx to everyone at Precision and kudos to Chris to Alex.

Jacob, the technician, arrived on schedule, explained the problem to us in detail, and then successfully fixed the problem. He then took the time to ask us to go into the garage and make sure we were satisfied with the repair! He is an excellent representation of Precision. We had picked a wood look Hurricane door as we live near the beach. Precision gave us an estimate and based on our choices it would take several weeks for install. Ok, no big hurry. Unfortunately, install day came and the door size was ordered. Back to the drawing board. Chris apologized and reordered another door. Install came and door was installed and looked beautiful! Inspection from the County failed due to something in the schematic that came from the manufacturer. Hiccup. Chris came back out went back to manufacturer and apparently we had the pickiest Buolding Inspector in the Nation, good for us, I guess? Several weeks later Precision gave us additional info for the permit, Inspector signed off and we were finally DONE!Chris was understanding and Revision didn’t charge us until completed and inspection passed. Thank you for getting us a beautiful wood look door. We have had strangers compliment us on the door. A long road but a great door to have. Garage is cooler and quieter plus super secure with hurricane protection.

U needed two garage door opener installed. I had 4 companies come to my home and another just did a phone quote. 3 of the companies that came the guys were sloppy looked around and said it will be xxx. Jacob with Precision was the only one that didn't just stand in the middle of the garage and quite it. He made sure the springs on both doors worked and explained everything in great detail. Jacob was here for over an hour just got do the quote. He was knowledgeable, very courteous, and professional. Unfortunately, Jacob was the first quote I was receiving. After receiving the rest of the quotes, I called back to Precision and asked for Jacob to come and install the motors. By the way, Precision was not the cheapest, by far the most expensive!! But due to his professional attitude and in depth quote i felt much more confident of no surprises and cost increases during the project. Also, Precision was the only company that would perform the low voltage wiring so I didn't need an electrician! The motors were installed The other day and what a great job! He was here over 5 hours and was meticulous about the installation. Again, pay the extra couple bucks in my case it was 358$ more but I am not sorry!!

I had 3 companies scheduled. Precision was the only one that showed up on time and called prior as requested. In addition, Alex was the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We have had D&D out several times in the past and never fixed the problem. Alex made all repairs. I highly recommend this company and do yourself a favor and ask for Alex!
