Called for an appointment and one was scheduled the same day. Tech was great: knowledgeable, personable, fast and patient. Door is now working properly. We found Precision Door on the internet searching for "Master Lift Garage Door Remote". Alex arrived on schedule. He was polite and professional. He inspected our doors and advise that the brand, Windsor, are no longer supplied in central Florida, but did say depending on the problem and lead time, that Precision could address some of the future problems, i.e. springs, cables, and rollers. He gave us a card for future reference. We will definitely call Precision Door when we have a need in the future.
