I went with the PDS800 belt drive system and I am very pleased with this ultra quiet product. Greg showed up to our house around 4:30, and first did a complete inspection, then shared the results with me and discussed several option to proceed which I really appreciated. He installed the new motor, and did a few other updates and was done around 6:30. Overall great service, great experience, and I would absolutely recommend Precision to anyone in the future.

super frustrating experience. initial estimate seemed outrageously high at $600 to replace components since he said the motor was still working. one by one another item was discovered to be broken as he worked from 4-7pm and then when he tested the door it wouldn't open and said I now needed a new track and opener and quoted it to be $1400. I ended up saying no to the new motor and still having to pay 800 for the work he did. so now I have paid $800 and still have a garage door that doesn't work.

After we spoke he felt so bad, he decided to personally buy your family a new garage door opener. This is not something that I would typically agree to but he felt it was his responsibility to make sure you were happy. My garage door motor went out at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. I called Precision and their man Mike was here at 4. He did a complete service and safety check on my large door and installed a new unit. He explained all my options relative to the motor and I chose a newer, more powerful motor. The door and motor work great and quiet. Thanks Mike and Precision. I recommend you to anyone!!!!

My technician was Mike. He was prompt and very respectful. Although I didn't know I needed a new garage opener motor, he fully explained why. I had options and I thanked him for not "bullying" me into buying options I cannot afford right now, although I could understand the need to explain what those options were. He was a jewel, professional and did the work on the same visit. They came out the same day I called too. Altogether a good experience. I would recommend.

I called on Tuesday and they had repairman at my house at 830am on Wednesday. The repairman was William. He called to let me know he was on his way and what time He would arrive. He was a pleasure from the beginning. William found the problem. Worked up some quotes and installed a new garage door opener. Just that easy!!! I will use this company again and will highly recommend them.

I went back to Precision because when I needed someone in an emergency they were the only company to respond. I have been extremely satisfied with them ever since and this time I needed my mothers garage door system over hauled and they were very detailed in what was needed and what my options were. As usual an excellent job and I recommend them over anyone!
