I am new to the area and found Precision online, read the reviews and decided to try them. The whole experience was great, from the guy who made the appointment, to Jimmy who came out early on the day I requested. There was more wrong with the door than I expected, Jimmy pointed this all out, we agreed on the work/price and he got to it. All work was performed quick and efficient, and Jimmy was very friendly and engaging. I feel this is now one less thing for me to worry about for a long time.

Insulation on bottom of the door was replaced. I appears to be fine and a good fit. I was quote the material ran $8 a foot and the door was 15 ft. That would have been $120 and no service charge as it was over $100. The coupon also said senior citizen discount. How much is that discount? I paid $116 which I don't consider much of a discount, especially considering the amount of work I have had with you.

We had a bad power problem about 5 am this morning. FPL installed a new transformer and got us hooked up about 11:30am. I noticed that my garage door didn't work and I couldn't fix the problem so I called Precision Door and Mellisa had two tecnitions arrive within an hour.They said how lucky I was that the power failure did not blow out my garage door unit. They reset everything including the controlers very qjickly. The 65$ service charge was a surprise tol me as we had a garage door overhall within this year. When I called several garage door repair companies, Precision was the only one to give a free estimate. When Jimmy came he was friendly yet very professional. We told him our problem. He inspected the entire door and was able to repair it the same day. He tightened the springs and replaced the rollers, sprayed rollers and hinges and the door is purring it is so happy. We chose Precision because we needed a serviceperson that offered same-day service. The garage door came off the pulley and springs also needed adjustment. Compared to the price upon our initial phone call explaining the problem, and price after service completed, with no new parts required, the price was more than double.
