I did not know what to expect. Ross looked over the situation and mention what is possibly wrong and gave options with cost. However, he had to check the bearings to inform me whether they were bad or good. I was impressed with his knowledge and how quickly he replaced the broken spring and bearings. My wife will be blessed when she arrives home and does not hear the garage door. I had Ross do door maintenance. Wow! All you hear now is the motor. Great work!!!

Technician was knowledgeable, professional and courteous-represented the company very well. Wound up spending more than I anticipated due to extra repairs that tech said was necessary. Rollers replaced in addition to new spring on one of the doors. Work that was done was very high quality.

Van did an excellent job on both my garage doors. He explained the condition of the two doors' hardware, and showed me the options and the cost of each hardware replacement. One door had a broken spring, and I had him do a full upgrade on it. I received a lifetime warranty on that door. I had him replace the springs on the second door. Van worked hard and efficiently.

George did an outstanding job. I originally called Precision for a replacement of my garage door seal. He pointed other things that were worn, rollers, spring, wire. I had to agree with him because all the parts were the original ones that were at least 30 years old. All the work that George did was done in a reasonable amount of time and he cleaned up afterwards. He was very professional in his workman ship and treated me friendly and in a respective manner.
