Chris did an outstanding job of diagnosing and repairing the problem quickly and efficiently. He called ahead to tell us when he would be arriving, and showed up right on time. Chris is very courteous, and gave me a complete explanation of what he was going to do, and how he would do it. When he was finished, the garage door worked like new. My compliments also to Patricia in your office who answered all my questions when I called; both she and Chris are professional in the best sense of the word.

He was patient with me while I tried to make up my mind of the extent I wanted to fix door opener. Prices seemed high, so I opted to go for the cheapest fix. He put in new sensor for the door. Hope this fix last for yrs to come, can't afford a new opener. Will have to shop around if I do though.

Very quick response time. The tech jumped right in and started working. Explained what he was doing and why. He answered all my questions. He did suggest I replace the spring because it is old and rusty. Had to decline because I am my finances are to tight at this time.

My wife and I were going out yesterday afternoon when the garage door CRASHED and almost hit my wife. I went online and did a "BING" search and found Precision, I called and said this was an emergency and they said Chris would be right out. Matt called and let us know that he was on his way. When he arrived he showed us what was wrong (broken spring and crushed the bottom of the door)and our options to fix it. He even lifted the old door so I could back out my wheelchair van. Matt is a super guy. He knows exactly what he's doing and did a great job removing the old door, installing the new door and made sure it operated good. He is a people person and we talked as he worked, we had a lot in common. 5 STARS for everything!

Van was out last Friday for repair; garage door would not close. He also performed tune-up. I was notified by one of my mother's caregivers on Monday taht the door again would not close. Since I am not present I cannot inspect the problem so I called y'all again. Van returned today and found a rake blocking the sensor. He has explained to the caregiver that this is something that need to be checked when the door does not close. I have reemphasized this with the caregive. Thank Van for not charging another service charge!!

Jimmy was great. He gave me a call promptly when I was scheduled for installation. What is great about this company is that they installed a garage door opener that I bought. Most companies try to push their own garage door opener and didn't even quote for me. The price they quote will be similar to big box stores. However, the difference is that these guys are pros. The job was done to my satisfaction and they even programmed the remotes for me. The only reason that I can't give a "5" is that Jimmy accidentally broke the light bulb on the ceiling of my garage when installing. I kind of wish I had something off the price to help offset getting a new CFL bulb. However, I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door Service to others in the future.
