There was never a time that I was unaware of what was going on with the transaction. There was never a hint of obnoxious high pressure sales techniques. My decision was respected as to level of service after the installer provided me with the various options and considerations. The installers name was Chris. in my opinion Chris is an asset to your company clearly he enjoys his job. He also very much a company advocate. I highly recommend Chris for the next available promotion. Precision should never let this outstanding employee get away. In general this entire experience exceeded both my expectations and satisfaction.

Our garage door sensor was not working properly. We called and an appointment was made for the same day. We received a confirmation email and a call from the tech, Chris, called that he was on his way. Chris was knowledgeable, polite and very proficient. He did a neat job, fixed the problem and made sure we didn't have any issues. The whole experience was almost surreal-- it was handled extremely professionally. Great job!!!
