There was a discrepancy between the original estimate and actual bill because of a coupon change? I was not left with instructions as to changing batteries and programing. Very impressed. I called The service on a Saturday afternoon, was able to talk to a real person on the other end of the phone, and the repair man showed up two hours later to fix the garage door. Wow! I had a problem with my garage door and a knowledgeable technician (Chris) was at my house within a couple of hours and the door was repaired in about an hour. Chris was friendly, honest and had instructions and suggestions for proper maintenance of the door. In addition, he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. The door is only 4 or 5 years old, so I didn't need new rollers or things like that. I will definitely call Precision Door Service if I have any other issues.
