I was very satisfied with both the repair, the speed and ease of scheduling the visit, and the knowledge and skill of the technician. The warranty is well worth it! I also appreciated the communication throughout the day your wireless invoices.

Precision Door is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with! Their level of professionalism coupled with concern for customer satisfaction made me feel confident I made the right choice. Plus, they had the best prices for the service I needed, which was a great bonus.

Issue with additional trim and relative costs- at time of install. Handled professionally by the company. Courteous and good natured installer that took the additional -unexpected- work in-stride. Complicated and long day for him. Happy with the install and look forward to utilizing our new door. Thank you

Mr. Helwig was prompt and arrived at the appointed time. He opened with an offer to completely overhaul the rollers, wire, etc. I told him I only wanted him to replace the springs. He immediately got to the task. He didn't pursue the overhaul subject as some companies do and I was happy about that. From the time he started until he completed the job, he worked with diligence and demonstrated expertise. He answered my questions with courtesy and thoroughness. This young man inspires confidence and great desire to perform with excellence. It's a pleasure to interact with young men of his caliber.

On late Saturday afternoon I went out to my garage. I couldn't get it opened. I realized that one spring was broken. I looked in the yellow pages and found your ad. It said there wasn't an extra charge for nights and week-end. I called, and the technician came within a hour and a half. The tech was Chris Wheaton. He explained everything to me and what options were. Very polite, cleaned up,didn't long. Thanks

Being able to contact a human voice in the early evening, the day I first had a problem, is wonderful. The young lady started me off with a good experience. My technician was on time and explained everything to me and gave me several options to choose from to fix my door problem. At no time was I pressured into anything that I felt was not needed to be done. I hope I do not have a further problem but will call Precision if I do. I like knowing the name of the person who is going to come to my home.

The Technician who came to my home was outstanding. He knew what the problem was and he articulated it very clearly. He is an excellent employee. I am having the entire door, springs, roller, etc. replaced because it is best to do so. The current unit is about 25 years old. Again an excellent men represented your company.

5 Star Service, it was immediate and reliable. I can't believe I waited so long, for the silence. My old garage door opener sounded like a jet landing on the roof, since the installation of the new opener,I have enjoyed nothing but silence... Thanks so much a product worth purchasing... I have only had one follow up check up, and they were very prompt in setting that appointment up.

I had a issue when doing electrical work and shut a few breakers off which created a small issue causing the door to not stay shut. I called at 7 pm for them to come out and take a look at it. To my suprise they had a crew on call to come out that night and fix it. Chris and his other worker were very professional, friendly and courteous. They not only fixed the door opener but gave me advice for possible future issues should they arise. I won't buy or recommend anyone but precision garage doors for any overhead door needs. These guys on top of it.
