The Technicians do an excellent job. However, trying to reach some one at your office is not easy. I tried 3 times this morning to reach the Ormond office. The voice message said please hold, and then good bye & disconnected. When I called to see when the doors would be installed I was on hold for at least 10 minutes.

after several other companies had given quotes, then began the up sales. we decided to call precision. they sent out George who obviously knew his job well. because of him we hired precision for the job.A t that time they sent out Ross and I believe his trainee Will. Both were ready to work when they arrived. Ross was extremely knowledgeable and passing that on to Will as they worked, not with the just do it attitude but the why we do it this way. This type of training is why your employees seem to have all good reviews. This door was for my mothers house so it was important that it was done correctly, and I feel it was. We discovered the broken spring about 5pm on Saturday as we were leaving for dinner. Our old time, very heavy wooden door could not be moved. We were trapped in our garage. I found Precision Door online and made the call for help. Technician George Bears was here by 6:30pm. Mr. Bears was highly professional. He explained the costs and answered all of our questions. Problem solved by 7:45pm. Dinner plans changed but were not cancelled. It was 5 Star service. Very highly recommended.
