Garage door repair. Technician's were very knowledgeable and courteous. A complete diagnostic was given as to repairs needed and pricing. Although I was not able to do all the repairs at that time, it was good to know what was needed in addition to the issued that I originally called about. Today, Dec7'15, Chris Wheaton as always was very thorough when he inspected my dumb waiter (that he installed in Sept'13) and garage overhead door to my house. He took the time to inform and educate me exactly what was needed and what was not needed to both inspections. He was very efficient to repair and service my garage door in a timely manner. Once again, Chris's personal and professional care demonstrated to me what customer service is all about.

When the original installation company could not make it for 4 days and we couldn't open our garage door at all, your company was here within the hour and cost less for more!! The agent you sent me was very professional and the installers were also. I gave a bid from another company to the agent and he said he would have someone from the office call me. I spoke with (maybe) Hanna? and she said your company would match the 3 openers and the insulated door. They brought the openers, but when I knocked on the door I realized it wasn't insulated. I told them I was promised that your company would match the other offer; not in price because their price was $175 less than yours, but in product (including the insulated door)I didn't like the way the other companies agent spoke of their competitors. I will be satisfied once you install the insulation as promised. I paid you immediately and I think you will follow through with the insulation because your employees seem ethical and therefore I can assume that the entire company is. Again, I would really like to commend the people you have working for you and the door appears to be installed nicely.

Yes... you have a 5 star review from me! This is the second year we have had you take care of our overhead garage door. The first time (2014) I opened the "Val-Pak" and saw a coupon for service. Eugene Van Babcock was sent to my house and I was very impressed with his knowledge, and his respect for caring for my garage possessions. When I got another "Val-Pak" coupon recently, it rang a bell that I needed a second yearly tune up. I called and asked for an appointment and requested Mr. Babcock. Mr. Babcock was on time today, installed a much needed new key pad. He worked on installing and programming the new key pad and showed me "how to"operate the new pad. He programmed, inside car remote, Overhead Garage door opener, and hand held remote. The coupon was generous and appreciated. Will call again when needed and also recommend you to friends, family and neighbors.

Woke up this morning to find that one of my springs on my garage door had broken sometime in the night. Contacted Precision and they had someone at my home a little over an hour later. Outstanding service and Jeremy S. was extremely courteous and very proficient at his job. My garage door has not worked this well in a long time. Highly recommend this company for any all garage door needs you may have.
