They came that day, checked it out, made temporary repairs and gave me an estimate on a much needed new door. The new door was installed in less than a day. 10 year old 1/2 hp opener failed and I upgraded to a 3/4 hp belt drive that is very quiet. Opener failed on Monday and new opener was installed on Wednesday. Great prompt service!

Chris replaced the broken spring with a new spring of the same size and replaced the center bearing and bracket. After doing a "lift test" he realized the broken spring was undersized. He removed the new spring he had just installed and replaced it with a spring 2 sizes larger. It passed the "lift test". Many technicians would have left the undersized spring and the customer wouldn't have known the difference. GREAT JOB! Thanks Chris
