Vans came promptly on time of the appointment. Offered several options for upgrade maintenance and repairs, then replaced properly both broken torsion springs. The spring replacement is powdered coated, I don't know yet how long the parts will last but it seems durable. I paid exactly the same amount as quoted over the phone. Same day I called, same day repaired. No gimmicks.

i would give Eugene six stars! He was here well before the appointment, was fast and efficient! Our problem was a broken spring but without pressure from Eugene, only a suggestion, we had to purchase a new garage opener as well! Great job and I would recommend Precision to friends and relatives!

I decided to call Precision Garage Door to replace a broken torsion spring based on the add in the yellow pages of the phone book. I am so pleased to report that from beginning to end it was an excellent experience. When my call was quickly answered, I explained my problem and was asked when I wanted to set up the appointment. I replied as soon as possible. Nick, the technician arrived the following morning on time. Once he assessed the problem, checked how the entire system was functioning, then he gave me an evaluation of the entire system. He had found some other problems, but there was no hard sell and we quickly agreed to what work would be performed. He then gave me an estimate which pleased me and set off to work. Everything was done in a little more than an hour in the most professional and courteous manner. I definitely recommend Precision if anyone needs garage door services.

I found your company listed by Yelp. After going to your website, I reviewed your technicians and was pleased with what had been written about the company's service and technicians. I made the phone call to schedule an appt for repair to our garage door. Representative was very pleasant to speak with and was very thorough. I was able to get an appt for the day and time i needed. Technician called before arriving and was right on time. Your tecnician is an asset to your company and represented you well. He was extremely knowledgable, thorough at telling my husband and I what our door issues were, explained pricing, what was included in that price and once we had made the right decision for us, he proceeded right then and there to work on our garage door. I cannot tell you how happy I have a working garage door once again. I will sleep quite well tonight now that my door with an attitude has been fixed. I will recommend your company with ease knowing what a great job that was done for us, will be done for the next person. I am pleased to rate your company with a grade of 5 without any hesitations. Andrew was just here and did an awesome job! I called the company after an internet search as I was attracted to the positive reviews. I knew the torsion spring was broken already. The company is very professional and sent me an email confirmation prior to the appt. Technician also called 30 min. prior to arriving which I really appreciated. Arrived on time, did a thorough check of the door and the hardware gave me 3 options of repair/upgrade of equipment and deferred maintenance. Andrew explained everything to me and what would be done depending upon the services/repairs. I chose what was most economical for me at the time and I am super happy. Garage door never worked this good & I have lived in the home for 3 years. Thank you Andrew for getting this garage door back in action! Precision is a professional company and they really know their stuff, if you need a new door or repair, don't hesitate to call. They even offer financing.

Service man Chris, did a great job with a very difficult garage door. Chris was quite creative due to the tightness of space in the garage and due to the vehicle being in the way. Still he found ways to work around the obstacles. I appreciate that your company was able to get to the job so quickly. This is a rental and the tenants car was trapped in the garage. I was unable to lift the door due to a broken torsion spring. My only concern was not being able to acquire my usual 3 estimates for the job. So I have no idea of the price comparison. Thanks for the quick professional service.
