I had a garage door opener installed by Precision about three years ago. The only problem I had is when there is a power outage, the openers memory goes out. I call Precision and they respond right away.Today they installed a back up battery, it should fix the problem. The service and techs is always great.

We called Precision Door Service because, about 8 months ago as our door would open partially and then close. Precision came out and could not replicate the issue. They did not charge us for a service call as Joe, the technician, advised he did not do any work except to make physical/electrical inspections. This past Saturday we opened door leading to garage and noticed the chain had snapped. Precision was here in less than 4 hours, conducted an inspection and told us what we already knew....needed a new garage door opener and tension springs. They came by today and fixed everything in a very professional and courteous manner and at extremely reasonable price.

Wow, I was amazed, The technician who came out to give me the quote was very knowledgeable, and polite, and explained everything in detail. Steve, took the time to make sure I understood the function and need for recommended services. When he had completed his review and provided the pricing, it was in a tiered basis, from the basics to the "white glove" enhancements. I settled on the middle choice as it met my needs and budget. What was equally impressive was that once I had made my choice, they scheduled another technician, Bernard, to complete the job that SAME DAY! Bernard was extremely efficient and patient with it came to the installation of my aftermarket WIFI controller. He was determined to make sure ALL was working before departing, even if it meant almost an hour of discussion back and forth with the "Genie" help desk. I could not have asked for a better solution to my installation issues. I highly recommend Precision Door and you will be extremely lucky if you get Steve or Bernard or both.

Ian and Matt were absolutely incredible.. during their installation of our garage door we had extremely bad rain but they worked through it and got our garage door installed.. My wife and I were very thankful for everything that they did and how thorough they were from explaining the steps by steps of the installation to asking us questions on preferences and were patient enough to explain all the features and the how to’s of our new garage door ( my wife was very happy and thankful about that as well). Precision Over Head Door is a very professional company. I called due to my garage door failing. They came to my home in about an hour, inspected my door, informed me of the problems and gave me a fair quote for the repair. The repair teem came shortly and preformed all the work. Within about 2.5 to 3 Hrs of finding my garage door would not operate, it was operating smoothly. A very good experience. I highly recommend this company.
