Jason and Mike arrived early to beat the rain. They were pleasant and efficient. I especially liked the attention they showed to details like picking up all the screws, nuts, bolts and other objects. When there was a question about my order, windows/no windows, it was resolved rapidly. Delany, in the office and Lloyd were most helpful and reassuring. I, personally, have never had better service and would not hesitate providing recommendations for this company.

I can't thank this company enough for coming and helping us with our door. Victor was truly a amazing service technician that came to help us win our time of need. We were scammed from a previous company and he was very detailed and made everything understandable for us and our family. Weekend not recommend Victor enough because he did such a great professional install and business transaction to make it easier for everybody. Thanks Victor. Because of you we will definitely be using precision.

After discovering we had a serious problem with our garage door opener we called Precision Garage Door Service who promptly assigned Christopher Schukay to our home. Christopher quickly found our opener was completely bad and offered a comprehensive quote for repairs to be made. We were highly impressed with his excellent, no pressure approach and outstanding communication skills that led our decisions to become very simple. Within two hours Christopher completed his work and we now have a much quieter and fully functioning door opener. Once again, we are impressed with Precision Garage Door and, especially, Christopher Schukay to be the Gold Standard of Garage Door repair.

My garage door was not opening all the way all the time. I called a different company and they replaced some damaged hinges. The door worked fine the next day. The day after, it wouldn’t open all the way so I called Precision door. They were able to schedule me the same day. The technician knew what was wrong right away. After demonstrating that it was the operator, I had a new unit installed. The door opens smoothly now and is so quiet compared to the old opener. The new unit has added safety features since the old unit was almost 13 years old.

Great Job all around very impressed on everything from Tyler on the sales team to the install team. Installer Ian and his partner did an amazingly fast Job of my door. Would highly recommend and have them do my doors again in the future if I could give 10 Stars I would thanks a lot guys.

Matt Novak

Shady folks. Half way through the estimate, I had to ask them to leave. The technician put the manager on the line asking for "wink - wink" a better price, then muted the line and began whispering and telling me that he can even do a better price, then put the manager back on the line for another attempt to lower the price. The entire experience felt incredibly surreal. Almost as surreal as their impeccable 5-star rating. Something ain't right here. I ended up asking the technician to leave and called a smaller local company that did the same job for half the price and none of the "wink-wink" manager discount.

Roland did an excellent job. When our garage door spring broke on the July 4th holiday, we needed custom replacement springs due to the size of our door. Roland was able to put a regular spring in place and adjust the opening height of our door to accommodate it while the custom springs were ordered, getting us back into working order while we waited for the parts to come in. Roland also identified a bunch of problems with our garage door, including sloppy installation and missing by the original owner of our house. He added the missing parts and replaced everything required to make the door safe again and minimize stress on the new springs and bearings. The repair was not cheap due to the work required, but I feel we got our value for the money. Roland was super friendly and professional throughout the experience. I highly recommend this company - and make sure to ask for Roland!

? At the completion of every job, all Precision customers that provide contact information are sent a request to review our business on our website.

The door is exactly what I ordered. The two young men that did the install were professional and courteous. They left the garage cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend Precision.

Had a verbal estimate from the company when the tech showed up he tried over selling us at three times the verbal estimate. Don’t understand how they get a five star review, but definitely not from my experience.

Linda Mumey

They were prompt and efficient. After the inspection, they put a full punch list together and explained all of it to me. I was not pressured, but was able to decide which things I wanted to have them complete. Everything went just as expected. No surprises!!
