? At the completion of every job, all Precision customers that provide contact information are sent a request to review our business on our website.

The door is exactly what I ordered. The two young men that did the install were professional and courteous. They left the garage cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend Precision.

Had a verbal estimate from the company when the tech showed up he tried over selling us at three times the verbal estimate. Don’t understand how they get a five star review, but definitely not from my experience.

Linda Mumey

They were prompt and efficient. After the inspection, they put a full punch list together and explained all of it to me. I was not pressured, but was able to decide which things I wanted to have them complete. Everything went just as expected. No surprises!!

Had one of the springs break on my 40 year old garage door last night. I looked on Google and found Precision Door Services who could get someone to my home within a few hours. Chris was very courteous and knowledgeable about what was needed. His inspection found more needed done than I thought. He explained everything clearly and let me choose what work to be done. He only needed a couple of hours to replace both springs, all rollers, the spring rod and adjust the door to close more completely than before. Excellent service at what I consider reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Chris and Precious Door Services.

Michael Fink

Repaired my broken door pretty quick, arrived on time, nice knowledgeable technician. Also gave me a quote for rebuilding the door due to its age.

Do not call this business. Very deceitful people using the tactics of an old-style used car dealership. First they hit you with an astronomical price, then they play the "Let me call the manager" game, then back and forth. Getting a simple garage door service though this company felt like buying a used Honda from a sleazy car dealer. Do not trust those 5-star reviews - they are either fake or I am the unluckiest person out there. Yikes!!! Stay away!!!!!

On Friday I emailed for a repair appointment and was set up for Saturday - I was very surprised. Victor came at the appointed time and completed the work - with excellence. Thank you Victor for work well done.

Kemar was very professional; he quickly assessed the situation, diagnosed the problem, and offered various solutions. We made our selection, and Kemar installed a new coil, at a competitive price. He offered guidance on maintenance. I would highly recommend this company, and you might want to go out of your way to ask for Kemar as your service technician.
