Ian and Matt were absolutely incredible.. during their installation of our garage door we had extremely bad rain but they worked through it and got our garage door installed.. My wife and I were very thankful for everything that they did and how thorough they were from explaining the steps by steps of the installation to asking us questions on preferences and were patient enough to explain all the features and the how to’s of our new garage door ( my wife was very happy and thankful about that as well). Precision Over Head Door is a very professional company. I called due to my garage door failing. They came to my home in about an hour, inspected my door, informed me of the problems and gave me a fair quote for the repair. The repair teem came shortly and preformed all the work. Within about 2.5 to 3 Hrs of finding my garage door would not operate, it was operating smoothly. A very good experience. I highly recommend this company.

I chose Precision Door Service because of the reviews, and I'm not disappointed. Tyler was thorough in his examination of my garage door/opener and spot on with his estimate. I was pleased I could choose whether to replace my door springs and my opener now or just get the new garage door opener. No pressure at all. I was amazed that Steven and Maurice came out to do the work the same day. Both gentlemen were friendly, competent, and patient. They did their job quickly and efficiently. I received a phone call and text when the technician was on his way to my house. He was very courteous and he walked me through everything that was occurring and what he needed to do to fix it. He got it fixed promptly and made sure I understood everything. It was a great experience dealing this company. I will use them again.

For many years I have used a well known local company in the Daytona Beach Area yesterday we really needed help with our door as it was not closing I called that company first being I had given them so much business I was told I would have to wait until next Wed for service we are 80 years old and could not live with our garage door being open those many days I remember seeing an ad for Precision Door on TV I called them from the minute I first talked with their phone person I was so pleased she was so nice and responsive to our situation she had someone out within 45 minutes from that moment on everything thing about this company was so professional they came gave us an estimate and their workers were there in no time they worked all day to evening they were amazing workers and very polite another gentleman came during the end of their installation to check on their workman ship and if we were pleased I could not have been more pleased Thank you Precision Door for an excellent job and a wonderful experience for us. We had an old German model, it had to get replaced or fixed but it was 18 years old. At first we just needed to get the door down, had a garage door company come over the day before, he was up front with us about needing at least 2 people to close the door, but they couldn’t fit us in. The next morning I was calling around, I’m glad precision could fit me in today, which I was greatful. Brandon also told me it was a 2 man job. Then Greg showed up with his person he was training Steven. In all they made my door safe and in good working condition. I want to say you have an awesome team, thank you precision!

I woke up to find a broken spring on my garage door with my car inside. I called a few companies and discovered that I would have to wait at least a week unless I paid an exorbitant fee. I then found Precision. They came quickly and gave me a choice of repair options without surcharges. Bottom line is that the door is now fixed and I do not feel cheated.
