Chris did an amazing job repairing both of our garage doors. We originally called because one door had a broken spring and was stuck closed. But Chris was so knowledgeable and helpful that we decided to have both doors repaired/updated. It was an 8+ hour job, but Chris stayed late to finish it. Our doors almost levitate open and closed now! I can't believe garage doors can function like that! It was an expensive project, Chris explained everything he was doing and exactly what it cost, so we were comfortable approving such a major repair without getting other estimates. That is very rare for us.

The technician that came out to my house was very informative very patient very knowledgeable and at the end of our conversations, we concluded I needed to buy a new garage door opener. He did not pressure that sale. It just came to a logical conclusion.
