I was heading out of town and couldn’t leave my family stranded with a broken spring and a car stuck in the garage, these guys came through on a Sunday, showed up exactly when they said they would, and fixed everything within a few hours. The technician was honest, straightforward,, and even took the time to show me a few things I can do to extend the life of the doors. Couldn’t have asked for better service when we really needed it.

Currently I'm satisfied with the work that was completed but wasn't happy to know that the work performed by the Tech failed to change out the wiring on first time around knowing the price I had to pay was a lot only to have to make a 2nd trip to replace the wiring in order for the remotes to work properly. It made me as a customer feel like I would have been cheated out of my money knowing the job wasn't completed right the first time around but charged me full price. This is unacceptable practice. Tech thought leaving the old wiring from previous work done by another company would have worked only to find out it didn't. Nevertheless, Tech returned and made things right, for that I'm grateful and thankful.
