The company and workers are the best. Job was done right and fast, I will call them again. I will tell anyone they are they are the best. I ran into my door and broke the bottom panel bent rollers, plus other things. I called them at 10 am and before dark my door was fixed. You can't get better than that. Very happy I can't say enough for this company.

We are very pleased with the service. Making appointment was easy (talking to a real, live person,) technician came right on schedule and repair was performed promptly. The technician explained everything thoroughly, and we learned a lot about how the garage door system operates. He did offer us services beyond the basic repair, mostly in the nature of upgrades, but there was no hard sell. We'll use Precision Door Service next time we need garage door work.

Precision Door had a tech at my house within 24 hours of calling. The tech called me when he was on his way to my home. Greg showed up to our house around 4:30, and first did a complete inspection, then shared the results with me and discussed several option to proceed which I really appreciated. He installed the new motor, and did a few other updates and was done around 6:30. Overall great service, great experience, and I would absolutely recommend Precision to anyone in the future.

super frustrating experience. initial estimate seemed outrageously high at $600 to replace components since he said the motor was still working. one by one another item was discovered to be broken as he worked from 4-7pm and then when he tested the door it wouldn't open and said I now needed a new track and opener and quoted it to be $1400. I ended up saying no to the new motor and still having to pay 800 for the work he did. so now I have paid $800 and still have a garage door that doesn't work.

My garage door motor went out at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. I called Precision and their man Mike was here at 4. He did a complete service and safety check on my large door and installed a new unit. He explained all my options relative to the motor and I chose a newer, more powerful motor. The door and motor work great and quiet. Thanks Mike and Precision. I recommend you to anyone!!!!

My technician was Mike. He was prompt and very respectful. Although I didn't know I needed a new garage opener motor, he fully explained why. I had options and I thanked him for not "bullying" me into buying options I cannot afford right now, although I could understand the need to explain what those options were. He was a jewel, professional and did the work on the same visit. They came out the same day I called too. Altogether a good experience. I would recommend.

I called on Tuesday and they had repairman at my house at 830am on Wednesday. The repairman was William. He called to let me know he was on his way and what time He would arrive.
