They do a fine job as far as the work that needed to be be done but it’s almost identical to speaking to a dealership mechanic or a used car salesman. They try to nickel and dime you for $2000 worth of parts that are unnecessary. That’s a recipe for not getting repeat customers. I know I won’t be back.

They came the same day I called. Cameron was so nice, very professional. They sent me his picture and name before he came to the house. He discussed all options with me, what I need now and what I will need in the future. Didn’t try a hard sell on anything. I will continue to use them for all the garage door needs. Whether they are the cheapest around or not. By the way, watch out for those $25 ads. They ended up wanting double what Precision wanted.

Chris did an amazing job repairing both of our garage doors. We originally called because one door had a broken spring and was stuck closed. But Chris was so knowledgeable and helpful that we decided to have both doors repaired/updated. It was an 8+ hour job, but Chris stayed late to finish it. Our doors almost levitate open and closed now! I can't believe garage doors can function like that! It was an expensive project, Chris explained everything he was doing and exactly what it cost, so we were comfortable approving such a major repair without getting other estimates. That is very rare for us.
