Greg Girard was the technician. He was very pleasant, professional and explained the reasons that I was having problems in terms that I could understand. Although I hated to hear that I needed a major replacement, Greg provided me several options to choose from. I chose replacing the garage door opener and all replacement parts on the garage door to make sure it operated now and in the future safely and efficiently. Greg did an excellent job on the repairs and installation, explained everything to my satisfaction before he left and left the garage clean. I have used other companies in the past for service and they never performed such a thorough safety checklist that had deficiency explanations clearly defined. I would recommend this company to all my neighbors and friends and would highly recommend Greg as the technician.

The 2 technicians called to advise me of their arrival time. They immediately began the job of dismantling the old garage door. They then began installing the new garage door which is able to withstand winds of 140 mph. Since we are once again in hurricane season this new door makes me feel safer.They did such an excellent that job that I treated them to lunch. We found Precision Door on the internet searching for "Master Lift Garage Door Remote". Alex arrived on schedule. He was polite and professional. He inspected our doors and advise that the brand, Windsor, are no longer supplied in central Florida, but did say depending on the problem and lead time, that Precision could address some of the future problems, i.e. springs, cables, and rollers. He gave us a card for future reference. We will definitely call Precision Door when we have a need in the future.
