super frustrating experience. initial estimate seemed outrageously high at $600 to replace components since he said the motor was still working. one by one another item was discovered to be broken as he worked from 4-7pm and then when he tested the door it wouldn't open and said I now needed a new track and opener and quoted it to be $1400. I ended up saying no to the new motor and still having to pay 800 for the work he did. so now I have paid $800 and still have a garage door that doesn't work.

My garage door motor went out at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. I called Precision and their man Mike was here at 4. He did a complete service and safety check on my large door and installed a new unit. He explained all my options relative to the motor and I chose a newer, more powerful motor. The door and motor work great and quiet. Thanks Mike and Precision. I recommend you to anyone!!!!

My technician was Mike. He was prompt and very respectful. Although I didn't know I needed a new garage opener motor, he fully explained why. I had options and I thanked him for not "bullying" me into buying options I cannot afford right now, although I could understand the need to explain what those options were. He was a jewel, professional and did the work on the same visit. They came out the same day I called too. Altogether a good experience. I would recommend.

I called on Tuesday and they had repairman at my house at 830am on Wednesday. The repairman was William. He called to let me know he was on his way and what time He would arrive. He was a pleasure from the beginning. William found the problem. Worked up some quotes and installed a new garage door opener. Just that easy!!! I will use this company again and will highly recommend them.

I went back to Precision because when I needed someone in an emergency they were the only company to respond. I have been extremely satisfied with them ever since and this time I needed my mothers garage door system over hauled and they were very detailed in what was needed and what my options were. Greg Girard was the technician. He was very pleasant, professional and explained the reasons that I was having problems in terms that I could understand. Although I hated to hear that I needed a major replacement, Greg provided me several options to choose from. I chose replacing the garage door opener and all replacement parts on the garage door to make sure it operated now and in the future safely and efficiently. Greg did an excellent job on the repairs and installation, explained everything to my satisfaction before he left and left the garage clean. I have used other companies in the past for service and they never performed such a thorough safety checklist that had deficiency explanations clearly defined. I would recommend this company to all my neighbors and friends and would highly recommend Greg as the technician.

The 2 technicians called to advise me of their arrival time. They immediately began the job of dismantling the old garage door. They then began installing the new garage door which is able to withstand winds of 140 mph. Since we are once again in hurricane season this new door makes me feel safer.They did such an excellent that job that I treated them to lunch. They tidied everything and left the garage as clean as it was before their arrival. I would highly recommend Precision Door and give them a 5 star rating.
