Called precision doors as the comments on remarks and 5 star rating. Greg showed up at my door less than 30 minutes later and did an inspection of my situation. Very thorough and polite. I selected Precision as they were they original installers of the door in our new, to us, house. When the door began to 'act up' I called them late in the afternoon and had a technician at my door the next morning. Very professional gentlemen (Alex) who recommended a complete rebuild. Not cheap. I went for it because these are expensive hurricane doors and I don't ever want to worry about them. The service men arrived only a few hours later. Another two professional gentlemen, Maurice and Brett. They did the entire job in less than two hours. This is a very professional outfit, top to bottom, and you get what you pay for. There may be cheaper out there, but are they this good? IMHO.

I called Precision to inspect my Precision door opener, as it was no longer working. It turned out to be an electrical issue in the junction box, rather than an issue with the opener. Greg performed a 25 point inspection to ensure that everything would be okay once the electrical issue with the junction box was resolved. The cost of the inspection was very reasonable, and the service was prompt and remarkable. I am very pleased with their service and my Precision door opener and Precision garage door.
