A young man named Chris from Sanford showed up precisely on time. His work was meticulous, and he seemed extremely knowledgeable about my problem and others related to garage doors. He even found some problems. I didn’t know existed and subsequently fix them. I would absolutely recommend him without Reservations.

Next day service was available. Repairs completed in less than 3 hours. Technician was superbly knowledgeable and proficient. Repair work was assessed and that assessment was reviewed with me. An overall inspection was done and reviewed with me. Just very thorough and complete process. However, 2 things really standout with Precision. They outline what their inspection shows but they don't use pressure sales tactics to goad you into more services. AND, the repair work is quick and very good quality. I have no issues calling them up and trusting them.

Kemar came out was professional, explained how he would access my issue and gave a satisfactory resolution. If you need work done on your garage door do not look any further than Precision. This experience was perfect from beginning to end. Requesting a technician to come out was very simple. I need to call into the office and they answered quickly and everyone there were friendly and helpful And handled my questions quickly. My technician Roland arrived on time, spent more time than expected, looking at the issue, explaining exactly what was wrong, gave me all of my options for repair, and completed the job in A short amount of time. He took it a step further and showed me what he did, why he did it, how he did it, and insured I had no questions. He is a stellar technician and if you have the opportunity to use Precision Garage Door I hope you get to meet this young man. While I’m sure the entire staff are phenomenal. They do a fine job as far as the work that needed to be be done but it’s almost identical to speaking to a dealership mechanic or a used car salesman. They try to nickel and dime you for $2000 worth of parts that are unnecessary. That’s a recipe for not getting repeat customers. I know I won’t be back.

They came the same day I called. Cameron was so nice, very professional. They sent me his picture and name before he came to the house. He discussed all options with me, what I need now and what I will need in the future. Didn’t try a hard sell on anything. I will continue to use them for all the garage door needs. Whether they are the cheapest around or not. By the way, watch out for those $25 ads. They ended up wanting double what Precision wanted.
