Came readily prepared with two quotes as we had asked. We ended up going a completely different direction and he was happy to draw us up another quote and ended up saving us $1,000’s of dollars in the end! Currently I'm satisfied with the work that was completed but wasn't happy to know that the work performed by the Tech failed to change out the wiring on first time around knowing the price I had to pay was a lot only to have to make a 2nd trip to replace the wiring in order for the remotes to work properly. It made me as a customer feel like I would have been cheated out of my money knowing the job wasn't completed right the first time around but charged me full price. This is unacceptable practice. Tech thought leaving the old wiring from previous work done by another company would have worked only to find out it didn't. Nevertheless, Tech returned and made things right, for that I'm grateful and thankful.

The installers were running behind schedule, they were courteous and called to let me know and give a new eta. Upon arrival they got right to work and got the door installed and did a great clean up when done. He reviewed the remotes and door operation. What a difference with this new door, smooth and so quiet, I cannot believe how great this is, wish I did this sooner! Used this company to replace a door on my old place and was not disappointed.

The final price ended up being a lot higher than what I expected from the initial call, but the technician helped me figure out what actually needed to be done, even though we had to drop several items to stay close to my original budget. Like many other reviews here, they tried to upsell us significantly. Quoted over $5500 for new motor, springs, cables and rollers. Wanted $2500 for a motor i could by myself for 500 to 600. They might do fine work, but they are perfectly happy to let you over pay. Buyer beware.
