I was totally satisfied with the technician. He had to address a problem he had never seen before. He worked out a way to get at and correct the problem. Under Service Performed. None of the categories fit. The center bracket that is attached to the garage wall the spring brackets are attached to came off the wall and was wedge between the door frame and top panel of garage door.

We saw Precision's ad in the phone book, and I looked the company up on the internet. When I called, the rep gave me the information that answered my questions, came to our home timely, and installed the garage door, opener, etc. at our convenience. He was very competent, very professional. We are very satisfied with the door and the excellent service. We chose Precision after speaking with other companies and receiving estimates, including another home visit. We highly recommend Precision.

This is a terrific company. Our garage door was damaged beyond repair on a Friday afternoon; we called & James arrived within a couple hours. He was polite & informative & was able to close our damaged door so our home was secure over the weekend. Our new door was installed early the next week. This company really strives to satisfy their customer. Their communication is excellent & they show up when they say they will. We will definitely recommend & use them whenever we need garage door service! The best!

Van Babcock did a great job in repairing my garage door. It included a new opener, a new main spring, bearings. new rollers. Most everyting was replaced except the door itself. It works so quiet now. Van was a very pleasant worker, ice tol talk to. He was very thoroughin explaiing everything. Van made a repeat call to find out why my Car door remote wasn't working. Its a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis and its seems like the car unit is defective.Nice Job Van!!
