Our garage door sensor was not working properly. We called and an appointment was made for the same day. We received a confirmation email and a call from the tech, Chris, called that he was on his way. Chris was knowledgeable, polite and very proficient. He did a neat job, fixed the problem and made sure we didn't have any issues. The whole experience was almost surreal-- it was handled extremely professionally. Great job!!!

My garage door failed on Friday night. On Saturday I was trying to get someone to repair it, fully expecting to have to wait until after the weekend. I saw a coupon for Precision Door Service which indicated "no extra charge for nights and weekends" so they were one of several I called. Precision had one appointment available so I took it. The service tech called and arrived even earlier than the appointment time. He was knowledgeable and personable and fixed my door within the hour. I was very happy.

I called late on Wednesday to request service for a broken garage door spring. Service was scheduled for early Thursday afternoon. Your technician (Chris) arrived earlier than scheduled after first calling to make sure that was OK with me. He provided a thorough walk-through of my issues and showed me what needed repair and why. We discussed maintenance I can do in the future, such as using silicone spray for lubrication. Chris also provided opportunity to purchase optional parts that were more than needed for the immediate fix. Although appreciated, I decided to just have the broken spring and its mate replaced so that I could get my cars out of the garage. All in all, I was very happy I contacted Precision. The service call was early, Chris was very professional in his interpersonal communications and there was no hard-sell to buy more than I needed and the repair was done quickly. Thank you.

Chris did an outstanding job of diagnosing and repairing the problem quickly and efficiently. He called ahead to tell us when he would be arriving, and showed up right on time. Chris is very courteous, and gave me a complete explanation of what he was going to do, and how he would do it. When he was finished, the garage door worked like new.
