Anthony, our technician, came out same day, he and the customer service were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Anthony answered all my questions and gave me a breakdown of my options. He also provided me an itemized bill at request. Top tier customer relations. Unfortunately, having never had a garage door motor replaced I got taken to the cleaners on the price. Very expensive in the end, some quick online research informed me I was indeed over paying. Service came with a 7 year warrantee so I guess time will tell! Would recommend but be prepared to be over charged!

Our spring on the garage door snapped yesterday. I made an appointment for today and the service tech let me know he was coming 15 minutes before he arrived. He explained everything extremely well. He presented me with what needed to be done and the additional things that really should be done. He completed the work that needed to be done in a timely manner. He even used the blower to get rid of any debris that was on the garage floor. he was very knowledgeable and personable.
