Yes... you have a 5 star review from me! This is the second year we have had you take care of our overhead garage door. The first time (2014) I opened the "Val-Pak" and saw a coupon for service. Eugene Van Babcock was sent to my house and I was very impressed with his knowledge, and his respect for caring for my garage possessions. When I got another "Val-Pak" coupon recently, it rang a bell that I needed a second yearly tune up. I called and asked for an appointment and requested Mr. Babcock. Mr. Babcock was on time today, installed a much needed new key pad. He worked on installing and programming the new key pad and showed me "how to"operate the new pad. He programmed, inside car remote, Overhead Garage door opener, and hand held remote. The coupon was generous and appreciated. Will call again when needed and also recommend you to friends, family and neighbors.

Woke up this morning to find that one of my springs on my garage door had broken sometime in the night. Contacted Precision and they had someone at my home a little over an hour later. Outstanding service and Jeremy S. was extremely courteous and very proficient at his job. My garage door has not worked this well in a long time. Great company to work with. Called at 10:30 in the morning and an installer was here by 1:30 to install a new bottom seal to our garage door. Had what we needed on the truck and was gone within an hour. Job complete and well done. The technician was great.

The torsion springs on my garage door broke yesterday evening. Friday night, of course. I called Precision today after finding out they provide service 24/7 without extra charge on weekends. Chris W. from Precision was at my door within an hour and a half of my phone call. He reviewed my repair options with me and once the decision was made, he had the door repaired in about an hour. He knows garage doors and repairs inside out. I am very pleased with the service, the service time and how smoothly and quietly my double garage door operates now. Recommend this company highly. There is never a good time to have a spring break. 6pm light rain falling. Frustrating. Checked the internet and found Precision. Tech was there in about an hour. Very professional and polite. We agreed on a price and the job was completed without any surprises. Total job was done within 3 hours of the big loud noise when the spring broke. I can't tell you how happy I am with the tech. He told me what he was going to do, did it and cleaned up after himself. Unless my new springs break tonight, I telling everyone how happy I am. Just for the record I'm a picky guy and am hard to please.

Ross was the technician that serviced the door. He was very prompt and professional. We were amazed not only at his knowledge, but at how quickly he repaired the door.
