My garage door spring broke yesterday, and Precision was able to send a tech out today to get it fixed. Anthony came out and explained what was going on, and worked with me on the price - which was very very fair. Anthony did a fantastic job on fixing our garage door, and really went the extra mile to make it right. I cannot be more happy with his service and this company! I always worry about hiring any kind of contractor/service, but these guys are great! Thanks!

Short notice (4pm), my garage door was broken. Called and they came out within an hour. No service charge. I had a broken spring. I could choose between 3 different models in capability and warranty period. Carlos was outstanding, he answered all my questions so I could make the right choice (for me). The original spring and motor were undersized and under tremendous stress. Now, with the right equipment it works better than ever, plus being whisper like in volume. He applied lubricants and tuned the motor and chain. Couldn’t be happier.

I love this place. I had a guy named SOPHEAK who did the work for me. He spent so much time explaining everything and gave me a really fair price. I really liked that he gave me different options from replacing things to repairing the whole thing. I had different choices to pick from. I never felt pushed to just get a whole new garage door. I knew I could’ve gone that route, but he was able to do some fixing without me having to buy a whole new garage door. I also am getting good warranties with the repairs he did. He explained the warrantees and just overall was such a nice guy. ( and very patient) I had a lot of phone meetings when he came and he respected my wish to just do texting for a period of time. He definitely went over and beyond. We had a bad experience with another place and because of that we went and took the risk to use someone else. I am so happy with the experience, I will be writing about this company on my next-door app that shares everything with the community. Booking the appointment was extremely convenient. I had a few questions and decided to book it over the phone. In less than 5 minutes I was able to schedule the appointment and have all 3 questions answered. The technician was at my house next day within the time window that was scheduled. Kemar Chambers was very professional, and patiently went over all the options available. He fixed one garage door, and inspected the other one. Installed a pad, programed the new remote controls and adjusted the sensors. He answered all my questions and had a smile on his face even when the rain started pouring down. Great experience!
